支持対象の荷重を支持する滑り軸受であって、
前記支持対象の荷重を受けるアッパーケースと、
前記アッパーケースに回動自在に組み合わされたロワーケースと、
前記アッパーケースと前記ロワーケースとの間に配置されたセンタープレートと、
前記センタープレートと前記アッパーケースあるいは前記ロワーケースとの間に配置された潤滑シートと、を備え、
前記センタープレートは、
熱可塑性エラストマーあるいは合成ゴムで形成され、
軸方向の断面形状が波形状をした円錐面状の軸受面を有し、
前記アッパーケースあるいは前記ロワーケースは、
前記センタープレートの軸受面と対面する円錐面状の荷重伝達面を有し、
前記潤滑シートは、
熱可塑性プラスチックで形成され、
円錐面状の摺動面を有し、
前記軸受面は、
グリース溜まりとして機能するグリース溝を有する。
ストラット式サスペンションのストラットアッセンブリの回動を許容しつつ、ストラット式サスペンションに加わる車体の荷重を支持するものであり、
前記アッパーケース、前記ロワーケース、前記センタープレート、および前記潤滑シートは、それぞれ、前記ストラットアッセンブリを挿入するための挿入孔を有し、
前記アッパーケースは、前記挿入孔に挿入された前記ストラットアッセンブリの前記車体への取付機構に取り付けるための取り付け面を有し、
前記ロワーケースは、前記挿入孔に挿入された前記ストラットアッセンブリに組み合わせられたコイルスプリングの上端部を支持するためのフランジ部を有するものでもよい。
Claims (4)
- 支持対象の荷重を支持する滑り軸受であって、
前記支持対象の荷重を受けるアッパーケースと、
前記アッパーケースに回動自在に組み合わされたロワーケースと、
前記アッパーケースと前記ロワーケースとの間に配置されたセンタープレートと、
前記センタープレートと前記アッパーケースあるいは前記ロワーケースとの間に配置された潤滑シートと、を備え、
前記センタープレートは、
熱可塑性エラストマーあるいは合成ゴムで形成され、
軸方向の断面形状が波形状をした円錐面状の軸受面を有し、
前記アッパーケースあるいは前記ロワーケースは、
前記潤滑シートを介して前記センタープレートの軸受面と対面する円錐面状の荷重伝達面を有し、
前記潤滑シートは、
熱可塑性プラスチックで形成され、
円錐面状の摺動面を有し、
前記軸受面は、
グリース溜まりとして機能するグリース溝を有する
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記荷重伝達面は、前記アッパーケースに形成されており、
前記センタープレートは、前記ロワーケースに固定されている
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1または2に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記軸受面、前記荷重伝達面、および前記摺動面の径方向に対する傾斜角度が、5度~40度の範囲に設定されている
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記滑り軸受は、
ストラット式サスペンションのストラットアッセンブリの回動を許容しつつ、ストラット式サスペンションに加わる車体の荷重を支持するものであり、
前記アッパーケース、前記ロワーケース、前記センタープレート、および前記潤滑シートは、それぞれ、前記ストラットアッセンブリを挿入するための挿入孔を有し、
前記アッパーケースは、前記挿入孔に挿入された前記ストラットアッセンブリの前記車体への取付機構に取り付けるための取り付け面を有し、
前記ロワーケースは、前記挿入孔に挿入された前記ストラットアッセンブリに組み合わせられたコイルスプリングの上端部を支持するためのフランジ部を有する
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。
