Claims (12)
- 電極端子が上部及び下部に各々形成されている電池セルと、前記電極端子のみが外部に露出するように前記電池セルを収容するセルハウジングと、を各々備え、前後方向へ配列される複数個のセルアセンブリーと、
前記セルハウジングの上端部に取り付けられ、前記電池セルの上部電極端子と一体で接触する第1メタルプレートと、
前記セルハウジングの下端部に取り付けられ、前記電池セルの下部電極端子と一体で接触する第2メタルプレートと、を含み、
前記セルハウジングは、
前記第1メタルプレートの一部及び前記第2メタルプレートの一部を折り曲げて各々上下方向へ差し込むように隙間を形成するスリットと、前記スリットと交差する方向に形成される貫通孔と、を備える側面部を含み、
いずれか一つの前記セルハウジングに取り付けられる前記第1メタルプレートは、隣接する他の一つの前記セルハウジングに取り付けられる前記第2メタルプレートと前記貫通孔内で一部が重ね合って配置されることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記セルハウジングの側面部は、二重壁体を形成する外側壁及び内側壁を備え、前記スリットは前記外側壁と内側壁との間に高さ方向に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記外側壁に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記セルハウジングの側面部は、前記スリットの内部で前記外側壁と前記内側壁とを連結し、前記スリットの内部空間を分割する短絡防止ブロックをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1メタルプレートは、前記セルハウジングの上端部をカバーする第1端子接触部と、前記第1端子接触部の両端部から折り曲げられて延び、前記スリットの内部に挿入されて配置される第1折曲部と、を含み、
前記第2メタルプレートは、前記セルハウジングの下端部をカバーする第2端子接触部と、前記第2端子接触部の両端部から折り曲げられて延び、前記スリットの内部に挿入されて配置される第2折曲部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルハウジングは、
前記電池セルの一部を収容する下部カバーと、
前記下部カバーと上下に組み立てられて前記電池セルの残りの部分を収容する上部カバーと、
含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記貫通孔の一部が前記下部カバーに形成され、前記貫通孔の残りの部分が前記上部カバーに形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記セルハウジングは、
前面部において外側に向けて突出して形成された結合突起と、
後面部において内側へ凹んだガイド溝と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルアセンブリーが前後方向へ連続的に組み立てられて各々一つの組立体として設けられる第1セルモジュール及び第2セルモジュールを含み、
前記第2セルモジュールは、前記第1セルモジュールの上部に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1セルモジュールと前記第2セルモジュールとの層間に組み立てられる放熱プレートをさらに含み、
前記放熱プレートは、
前記第1セルモジュールと前記第2セルモジュールとの間に介在される中間プレートと、
前記中間プレートの両端部から上下方向へ延び、前記第1セルモジュールと前記第2セルモジュールの前方及び後方を囲むように設けられる縦プレートと、
含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1セルモジュールの上面と前記中間プレートの下面との接触界面、及び前記第2セルモジュールの下面と前記中間プレートの上面との接触界面に、熱伝達パッドがさらに介在されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
