Claims (9)
- 心臓に関する物理量を含む、心臓の形状及び性状に関する特徴量を取得する取得部と、
前記特徴量を用いて、開胸後及び閉胸後の前記心臓の状態を推定する推定部と、
推定された前記心臓の状態に関するパラメータをディスプレイに出力する出力部と
を備える、医用画像処理装置。 - 前記取得部は、X線CT装置、磁気共鳴イメージング装置、超音波診断装置及びデータベースの少なくとも一つから前記特徴量を取得する、
請求項1に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記特徴量として、前記心臓の形状データ、前記心臓の硬さ、前記心臓の圧力、及び、前記心臓の質量を取得する、
請求項1又は2に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記開胸及び前記閉胸によって生じる前記心臓の位置変化を考慮して、当該位置変化に伴って変形した後の前記心臓の状態を推定する、
請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記心臓に対する他の構造物からの圧迫、前記心臓及び血管への血液の流入、前記心臓の拍動、麻酔による筋肉の弛緩、及び、温度の少なくとも一つをさらに考慮して、変形した後の前記心臓の状態を推定する、
請求項4に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記出力部は、前記パラメータとして、手術の治療効果を表す情報を前記ディスプレイに出力する、
請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記出力部は、前記治療効果を表す情報として、effective height、coaptation height、心臓弁に含まれる複数の弁尖それぞれの自由縁の中心の座標、及び、前記弁尖それぞれの自由縁の中心の位置が一致するか、どの程度ずれがあるかを示す情報の少なくとも一つを前記ディスプレイに出力する、
請求項6に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記心臓における心室、心房、心臓弁、及び、大動脈の一部を含む範囲について前記特徴量を取得する、
請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 心臓に関する物理量を含む、心臓の形状及び性状に関する特徴量を取得する取得機能と、
前記特徴量を用いて、開胸後及び閉胸後の前記心臓の状態を推定する推定機能と、
推定された前記心臓の状態に関するパラメータをディスプレイに出力する出力機能と
をコンピュータに実現させるための医用画像処理プログラム。
