Claims (10)
- 自己拡張型ステントであって、
前記ステントの長手方向軸に沿って隣接して位置する複数の環であって、該環のそれぞれが、交互に頂部と谷部を形成するように相互に接続された複数のストラットを含む、複数の環;および
前記複数の環の隣接する対の間に延在し、前記頂部の少なくとも1つに接続して前記隣接する対を接続する複数の柔軟性があるブリッジ部材であって、該柔軟性があるブリッジ部材が複数の異なる形状に形成され、該柔軟性があるブリッジ部材の形状が、前記ステントの長手方向軸に沿って、接続された環の1つの対から次に隣接する接続された環の1つの対までの間で異なっている、複数の柔軟性があるブリッジ部材を含み:
前記複数の柔軟性があるブリッジ部材が、
第1の環の対を接続する第1のセットのブリッジ部材であって、該第1のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第1の方向性とを有する、第1のセットのブリッジ部材;および
第2の環の対を接続する第2のセットのブリッジ部材であって、該第2のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第2の方向性を有し、該第2の方向性が、前記ステントの長手方向軸に垂直に延びる横断面に対して前記第1の方向性と鏡像対称である、第2のセットのブリッジ部材;
第3の環の対を接続する第3のセットのブリッジ部材であって、前記第3のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第3の方向性を有する、第3のセットのブリッジ部材;および
第4の環の対を接続する第4のセットのブリッジ部材であって、前記第4のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第4の方向性を有し、前記第4の方向性が、前記横断面に対して前記第3の方向性と鏡像対称である、第4のセットのブリッジ部材;を含み、
前記第1のセットのブリッジ部材および前記第2のセットのブリッジ部材が、それぞれ2つの鋭角の屈曲部を有する概ねZ字型のブリッジ部材として形成され、前記第3のセットのブリッジ部材および前記第4のセットのブリッジ部材が、それぞれ丸みを帯びた2つの屈曲部を有する概ねS字型のブリッジ部材として形成されている、自己拡張型ステント。 - 前記第1のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記第1の環の対の一方の少なくとも1つの頂部と、前記第1の環の対の他方の少なくとも1つの頂部とに接続され、前記第2のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記第2の環の対の一方の少なくとも1つの頂部と、前記第2の環の対の他方の少なくとも1つの頂部とに接続されている、請求項1に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 前記第1のセットのブリッジ部材が、前記ステントの長手方向軸の周りの周方向において、接続された頂部がそれぞれ該周方向中の少なくとも1つの接続されていない頂部によって他の接続された頂部から離間するように、間隔を置いており、
前記第2のセットのブリッジ部材が、前記周方向において、接続された頂部のそれぞれが前記周方向中の少なくとも1つの接続されていない頂部によって他の接続された頂部から離間するように、間隔を置いている、請求項2に記載の自己拡張型ステント。 - 前記第1のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向軸の方向に互いに整列した一対の頂部に接続されており、前記第2のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向軸の方向に互いに整列した一対の頂部に接続されている、請求項1に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 前記第1のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向軸の方向に対して平行でも垂直でもない方向に向けられた少なくとも3つのブリッジストラットを含み、前記第2のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向の軸に対して平行でも垂直でもない方向に向けられた少なくとも3つのブリッジストラットを含む、請求項1に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 前記横断面が、前記ステントの長手方向の中間点に位置している、請求項1に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 自己拡張型ステントであって、
前記ステントの長手方向軸に沿って隣接して位置する複数の環であって、該環のそれぞれが、交互に頂部と谷部を形成するように相互に接続された複数のストラットを含む、複数の環;および、
前記複数の環の隣接する対の頂部の間に延在し、前記隣接する対を接続する複数の柔軟性があるブリッジ部材であって、該柔軟性があるブリッジ部材が複数の異なる形状に形成され、該柔軟性があるブリッジ部材の形状が、前記ステントの長手方向軸に沿って、接続された環の1つの対から次の隣接する接続された環の1つの対までの間で異なっている、複数の柔軟性があるブリッジ部材を含み:
前記複数の柔軟性があるブリッジ部材が、
第1の環の対を接続する第1のセットのブリッジ部材であって、該第1のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第1の方向性を有する、第1のセットのブリッジ部材;および
第2の環の対を接続する第2のセットのブリッジ部材であって、該第2のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第2の方向性を有し、該第2の方向性が、前記ステントの長手方向軸に垂直に延び、前記ステントの長手方向の中間点に位置している横断面に対して前記第1の方向性と鏡像対称である、第2のセットのブリッジ部材;
第3の環の対を接続する第3のセットのブリッジ部材であって、前記第3のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第3の方向性を有する、第3のセットのブリッジ部材;および
第4の環の対を接続する第4のセットのブリッジ部材であって、前記第4のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、2つの屈曲部と、前記ステントの長手方向軸に対する第4の方向性を有し、前記第4の方向性が、前記横断面に対して前記第3の方向性と鏡像対称である、第4のセットのブリッジ部材;を含み、

- 前記第1のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向軸の方向に互いに整列した一対の頂部に接続されており、前記第2のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向軸の方向に互いに整列した一対の頂部に接続されており、
前記第3のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向軸の方向に互いに整列した一対の頂部に接続されており、前記第4のセットのブリッジ部材のそれぞれが、前記ステントの長手方向軸の方向に互いに整列した一対の頂部に接続されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
