Claims (2)
- 底部(118)の所で終端し、長さ(144)を有するゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング細部パイロット(116)を有するゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング細部(114)を備えるゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング又はバルブ本体(112)と共に用いられる高圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステム(100)であって、該高圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステム(100)は、
不活性材料からなる管(108)の太さに合った径の全体を貫通した本体チューブボア(130)と、本体第1端面(126)を有する本体第1端部の所から始まり、本体座繰り状ボア面(201)の所で終端する所定の深さ(208)と所定の内径(204)を有する円筒状の本体内側座繰り状ボア(202)と、内部に設けられるフェルール着座部120とを有し、前記ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング又はバルブ本体(112)に噛合する本体(101)と;
前記本体内側座繰り状ボア(202)に圧入されることにより前記管(108)が存在しなくても前記本体内側座繰り状ボア(202)内に保持されるプライマリーシール(110)であって、前記管(108)の挿通が可能な全体を通したプライマリーシールボア(310)と、前記本体座繰り状ボア面(201)に接触するようになったプライマリーシール第1駆動面(301)と、前記本体内側座繰り状ボア(202)に嵌合し且つその長さ(312)が前記本体内側座繰り状ボア(202)の深さ(208)よりも長いために前記本体内側座繰り状ボア(202)から飛び出す大きさのプライマリーシール第1部分(302)と、前記本体内側座繰り状ボア(202)の内径(204)と同等かそれよりも大きいプライマリーシール第1外径(306)と、前記本体第1端部の外径と同等かそれよりも小さいプライマリーシール第2外径(308)を有するとともに、平面状プライマリーシール第2面(316)の所で前記底部(118)に対して平らに着座する大きさの円筒状のプライマリーシール第2部分(304)と、前記プライマリーシール第2部分(304)の所のプライマリーシール肩部(314)とを有するプライマリーシール(110)と;
前記管(108)を包囲するものであって、フェルール第1端部(134)と、該フェルール第1端部(134)の近傍を接触点(146)として前記フェルール着座部(120)に接触するような大きさのフェルールウェッジ形状円錐部分(138)と、フェルール第2端面(136)とを有するフェルール(104)と;
前記本体(101)に噛合されることにより前記フェルール第2端面(136)に対して力を調節可能に加えることができ、前記フェルール第1端部(134)を前記接触点に維持したまま、前記ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング又はバルブ本体(112)に対する位置を維持する支持体(106)と;
を具備することを特徴とする高圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステム(100)。 - 請求項1に記載の高圧キャピラリーコネクターシステム(100)において、前記支持体(106)は外側ねじ面(140)を有するナットであり、前記本体(101)は内側ねじ面及び外側ねじ面を有し、前記ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング又はバルブ本体(112)は内側ねじ面を有することを特徴とする高圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステム(100)。
