Description
Claims (28)
- 流体導管の位置を容器のオリフィスに対して実質的に固定するための柔軟性のある接続具と、
流体導管と容器のオリフィスとの間に実質的に流体密封シールをもたらすための変形可能な接続具と、
流体導管の位置を実質的に固定するために流体導管の外側表面に向かって柔軟性のある接続具を押しやり、かつ変形可能接続具を外側表面とオリフィスの両方に向けて押しやるための少なくとも1つの圧縮接続具とを備える、流体導管を容器のオリフィスに接続するための器具。 - 柔軟性のある接続具が、流体導管を受けるための軸方向通路を画成する複数のフィンガーを備える、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 複数の柔軟性のあるフィンガーがテーパの付いた外側表面を画成する、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮接続具が、複数の柔軟性のあるフィンガーの外側表面に圧力を掛けることによってフィンガーを流体導管の外側表面に向けて押しやるテーパの付いた内側表面を画成する、請求項3に記載の器具。
- 圧縮接続具の内側表面および複数のフィンガーの外側表面がねじ切りされている、請求項4に記載の器具。

変形可能接続具を外側表面とオリフィスの両方に向けて押しやるための第2の圧縮接続具とを備える、流体導管を容器のオリフィスに接続するための器具。 - 第1の圧縮接続具が、第2の圧縮接続具にねじ止めで取付けるように構成される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 流体導管とオリフィスの間に実質的に流体密封シールをもたらすように、変形可能接続具を流体導管の表面およびオリフィスの両方に対して押しやるステップと、
流体導管の位置を柔軟性のある接続具の位置に対して実質的に固定するために、柔軟性のある接続具を流体導管の表面に向けて押しやるステップと、
柔軟性のある接続具の位置をオリフィスの位置に対して実質的に固定するために、柔軟性のある接続具をオリフィスに、直接的にまたは間接的に取付けるステップとを含む、流体導管を容器のオリフィスに接続する方法。 - 柔軟性のある接続具を押しやるステップが圧縮接続具を柔軟性のある接続具にねじ止めで取付けるステップを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 流体導管の表面が、流体導管の内腔によって規定される軸に実質的に平行な向きを有する外部表面である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 変形可能な接続具を押しやるステップが、変形可能な接続具に約20lbs(9.07kg)より少ない力を加えるステップを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 実質的に流体密封シールが少なくとも約18Kpsi(124MPa)の圧力に抵抗する、請求項24に記載の方法。
