Claims (2)
- ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング細部パイロット底部の所で終端し、ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング細部パイロット長を有するゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング細部、及び、ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング細部フェルール着座部を有するゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング又はバルブ本体と共に用いられる高耐圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステムであって、該高耐圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステムは、
不活性材料から成る管の太さに合わせた径の全体を貫通した本体チューブボアと、本体第1端部の所に、所定の深さを有する本体内側座繰り状ボアとを有し、前記ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティングに噛合する本体と;
前記本体座繰り状ボアに受け入れられ、且つ前記管が存在しなくても前記本体座繰り状ボアに保持されるプライマリーシールであって、チューブの挿通が可能な全体を通したプライマリーシールボアと、前記本体内側座繰り状ボアの本体第1端面に接触するようになったプライマリーシール第1駆動面と、前記本体内側座繰り状ボアに嵌合し、且つ、前記本体内側座繰り状ボアの前記所定の深さよりも大きい長さを有することにより前記本体内側座繰り状ボアから飛び出す大きさのプライマリーシール第1部分と、前記本体内側座繰り状ボアの前記所定の内径に等しいかそれよりも大きいプラマリーシール第1外径と、前記本体第1端部外径と同等かそれよりも小さいプラマリーシール第2外径を有するプラマリーシール第2部分とを有するプライマリーシールと;
前記管を包囲するものであって、フェルール第1端部と、該フェルール第1端部の近傍を接触点として前記ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティング細部フェルール着座部に接触するような大きさのフェルールウェッジ形状円錐部分と、フェルール第2端面とを有するフェルールと;
前記本体に噛合されることにより前記フェルール第2端面に対して力を調節可能に加えることができ、前記フェルール第1端部を前記接触点に維持したまま、前記ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティングに対する位置を維持する支持体と;
を具備することを特徴とする高耐圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の高耐圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステムにおいて、前記支持体は外側ねじ面を有するナットであり、前記本体は内側ねじ面及び外側ねじ面を有し、前記ゼロ・デッドボリュームフィッティングは内側ねじ面を有することを特徴とする高耐圧キャピラリーチューブコネクターシステム。
