Description
Claims (7)
- ボルト本体(1)、トレイ(2)及び錠具(3)を含むNPRロックボルトであって、
前記ボルト本体(1)がNPR螺旋鉄筋であり、前記NPR螺旋鉄筋の外面には、複数本の凸の螺旋リブが設けられており、前記螺旋リブが螺旋状構造をなし、
前記NPR螺旋鉄筋の尾部が処理されておらず、前記トレイ(2)及び前記錠具(3)が前記NPR螺旋鉄筋の尾部に直接に外装されており、
前記NPR螺旋鉄筋の降伏強度が800~950MPa、引張強度が900~1050MPaであり、前記NPR螺旋鉄筋の変形変位が200mm~350mm/mであり、
前記ボルト本体(1)は、最大力>210KN、伸び>20%、アンカー力>200KN、アンカー長さ>1m、前記錠具(3)のベアリング力>210KN、前記トレイ(2)のベアリング力>210KNである、
ことを特徴とするNPRロックボルト。 - 前記NPRロックボルトの呼び径が14mm~26mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNPRロックボルト。
- 前記トレイ(2)が金属製のバタフライトレイである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNPRロックボルト。
- 前記錠具(3)が、互いに協働する金属製の錠片と錠カバーを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNPRロックボルト。
- 前記螺旋リブが前記NPR螺旋鉄筋の軸方向に沿って延びるように設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNPRロックボルト。
- 前記螺旋リブの数が3~6本である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNPRロックボルト。
- 複数本の前記螺旋リブが前記NPR螺旋鉄筋の周方向に沿って均等に分布するように設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のNPRロックボルト。
