Claims (12)
- アンカー基礎としてのコンクリート部(2)の穿孔(20)に物体(3)を固定し、地震中に発生する衝撃負荷等の衝撃負荷を、エネルギーを散逸する態様で吸収するアンカー固定要素であって、
第1の端のねじ切り部分(11)と、他方の第2の端のアンカー部分(13)と、前記ねじ切り部分と前記アンカー部分との間のシャンク部分(12)と、低い延性から徐々に高い延性へと変化する、前記ねじ切り部分(11)と前記シャンク部分(12)との間の遷移ゾーンとを有するねじ切りボルト(1)と、
前記ねじ切り部分(11)にねじ込まれるナット(4)であって、前記アンカー固定要素の取り付け状態においては、前記物体(3)が前記ナット(4)で前記コンクリート部(2)に固定される、ナット(4)とを備え、
一方の前記ねじ切り部分(11)及び前記アンカー部分(13)と、他方の前記シャンク部分(12)とは、前記ねじ切りボルトの長手方向において前記物体(3)に作用する過負荷が生じるときに衝撃負荷を吸収するように異なる延性挙動を呈し、前記ねじ切り部分(11)及び前記アンカー部分(13)は低い可塑性変形能力を伴う低い延性を有し、前記シャンク部分(12)は高い可塑性変形能力を伴う高い延性を有する、アンカー固定要素。 - 前記シャンク部分(12)は前記ねじ切り部分(11)の断面に比較して減少した断面を有する、請求項1に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記シャンク部分(12)は、前記穿孔(20)内で前記ねじ切り部分(11)付近に径方向隙間(22)を生じ、前記径方向隙間(22)は、前記シャンク部分が前記アンカー部分(13)により前記穿孔(20)に固定されるときの前記シャンク部分(12)の伸び延性及び曲げ延性に基づいて前記シャンク部分(12)の可塑性変形を可能にするように十分に大きく、
前記アンカー固定要素は、可塑性変形量に対する弾性変形量の比が1.5よりも大きいという条件を満たす、請求項1又は2に記載のアンカー固定要素。 - 前記比は2〜4の範囲にある、請求項3に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記比は4よりも大きい、請求項3に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記アンカー固定要素は接着アンカーとして形成され、前記アンカー部分(23)は前記穿孔(20)に接着剤で固定することができる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記アンカー固定要素を完成して拡張アンカーにするために、円筒形アンカースリーブ(10)が設けられ、前記円筒形アンカースリーブは、円形断面と、前記アンカースリーブの前記アンカー部分(13)に隣接する端にある拡張セグメント(18)とを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記アンカースリーブ(10)は前記拡張セグメント(18)の領域において厚肉壁(18a)を有し、前記厚肉壁(18a)は、前記拡張アンカーの設置中に前記アンカースリーブ(10)と前記アンカー部分(13)との軸方向相対変位により前記拡張セグメント(18)の拡張を得るために、前記アンカー部分(13)に少なくとも部分的に係合する、請求項7に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記ねじ切りボルト(1)は、前記シャンク部分(12)の領域において硬化されないままである精錬された鉄鋼で作製される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記ねじ切りボルト(1)は、前記ねじ切り部分(11)及び前記アンカー部分(13)の領域において硬化されている銅合金で作製される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記アンカー部分(13)は、円錐形状であると共に前記シャンク部分(12)の方に肩部(15)を有し、前記シャンク部分(12)の材料よりも硬い材料からなる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のアンカー固定要素。
- 前記アンカー部分(13)は、前記ねじ切りボルト(1)の前記第2の端のねじ山と螺合するアンカー体である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のアンカー固定要素。
