Claims (7)
- 配線とランドとを有する基板と、
前記基板上に配置される導電性クッション材と、
前記基板と対向して配置され、受光面を有する透光性基板を含む太陽電池と、を備え、
前記太陽電池は、前記透光性基板の、前記受光面の反対側の面に積層される透光性導電層を含み、
前記透光性導電層は、前記透光性基板の長手方向の一端の近傍に位置する前記透光性導電層の一部からなる第1電極と、前記透光性基板の長手方向の他端の近傍に位置する前記透光性導電層の一部からなる、前記第1電極と反対の極である第2電極とを含み、
前記ランドと前記第1電極とが、対向して、導電性クッション材を介して電気的に接続され、
前記ランドと前記第2電極とが、対向して、導電性クッション材を介して電気的に接続され、
前記導電性クッション材に前記透光性基板が押し付けられることによって、
前記導電性クッション材の外側部分の上端が、前記導電性クッション材の内側部分と前記透光性基板との接触位置よりも高い位置に達する、太陽電池付電子機器。 - カバーをさらに備え、
前記カバーと前記基板とによって、前記太陽電池の縁と前記導電性クッション材とが挟持される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。 - 前記導電性クッション材は、前記ランドと導電性粘着テープで固定されている、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。
- 前記カバーには、前記太陽電池の縁を前記基板側に押さえつけるためのクッション材が設けられている、請求項2に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。
- 前記第1電極と、前記第2電極とが、共に、前記透光性基板の前記基板側に設けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。
- 前記透光性基板の長手方向の一端に沿って少なくとも2つ以上の前記導電性クッション材が配置され、
前記透光性基板の長手方向の他端に沿って少なくとも2つ以上の前記導電性クッション材が配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。 - 前記透光性基板に対して、前記導電性クッション材の方が、前記第1電極よりも外側まで達する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。
