Claims (5)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置される光電変換素子と、
前記基板上に配置され、前記光電変換素子が発電した電力を充電する充電素子と、
前記光電変換素子が発電した電力および前記充電素子に充電された電力の少なくともどちらか一方が供給され、前記基板の一端側に配置される通信アンテナと、
前記基板の他端に配置され、前記充電素子に充電された充電電圧を測定するための検査用パッドと、
前記光電変換素子と前記通信アンテナの間及び前記充電素子と前記通信アンテナの間に設けられたヒステリシススイッチと、を備え、
前記ヒステリシススイッチは、前記充電電圧が前記ヒステリシススイッチのオン電圧を上回ると、前記ヒステリシススイッチがターンオンする、太陽電池付電子機器。 - 前記通信アンテナが、前記基板の、前記光電変換素子が配置される面に設けられる、請求項1に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。
- 前記光電変換素子の受光部分に開口部が形成されるカバーをさらに備え、
前記カバーが前記光電変換素子の周囲に取り付けられた状態で、前記検査用パッドが外部にむき出しとなるように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。 - 前記検査用パッドが、前記基板の、前記光電変換素子が配置される面とは逆の面に設けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。
- 前記検査用パッドが、前記基板の、前記光電変換素子が配置される面に設けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池付電子機器。
