Claims (7)
- 三次元積層造形により成形されたバーナ部品を備えるガスタービン燃焼器であって、
前記バーナ部品は、第1の温度範囲かつ第1の応力範囲で使用される第1の部位と、
前記第1の温度範囲よりも低い第2の温度範囲かつ前記第1の応力範囲よりも低い第2の応力範囲で使用される第2の部位と、を有し、
前記三次元積層造形による前記第1の部位の金属材料の積層速度は、前記第2の部位の金属材料の積層速度よりも遅く、
前記バーナ部品は、燃料と空気を混合する空気孔プレートであり、
前記第1の部位は、前記空気孔プレートの火炎側に位置すると共に前記空気孔プレートの火炎側端面を含み、
前記第2の部位は、前記空気孔プレートの火炎側とは反対側に位置すると共に前記空気孔プレートの火炎側とは反対側の端面を含むことを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1に記載のガスタービン燃焼器であって、
前記第1の部位の金属材料の積層速度と前記第2の部位の金属材料の積層速度を連続的に切り替えることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1に記載のガスタービン燃焼器であって、
前記空気孔プレートに設けられた空気孔の内面近傍の金属材料の積層速度は、その外側の領域の金属材料の積層速度よりも遅いことを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1に記載のガスタービン燃焼器であって、
前記第1の部位の金属材料の充填率は、前記第2の部位の金属材料の充填率よりも高いことを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - (a)バーナの高温かつ高応力部位で使用される第1の部位を第1の積層速度で積層する工程と、
(b)前記第1の部位よりも低温かつ低応力部位で使用される第2の部位を前記第1の積層速度よりも速い第2の積層速度で積層する工程と、
を含む金属三次元積層造形によるバーナ部品の製造方法であって、
前記バーナ部品は、燃料と空気を混合する空気孔プレートであり、
前記第1の部位は、前記空気孔プレートの火炎側に位置すると共に前記空気孔プレートの火炎側端面を含み、
前記第2の部位は、前記空気孔プレートの火炎側とは反対側に位置すると共に前記空気孔プレートの火炎側とは反対側の端面を含むことを特徴とするバーナ部品の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載のバーナ部品の製造方法であって、
前記(a)工程の第1の積層速度と前記(b)工程の第2の積層速度を連続的に切り替えることを特徴とするバーナ部品の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載のバーナ部品の製造方法であって、
前記空気孔プレートに設けられた空気孔の内面近傍の金属材料の積層速度は、その外側の領域の金属材料の積層速度よりも遅いことを特徴とするバーナ部品の製造方法。
