Description
前記の方法により、それぞれの複数の生物繊維の含有量が異なる生物繊維組成物サンプルを調製し、下記表1に示すように、所定含有量の生物繊維組成物サンプルおよび純水を、それぞれ、パラフィルム(Parafilm、PM-996)の表面に滴下し、各生物繊維組成物サンプルの接触角を測定した。結果を下記表1に記す。
前記の方法により、それぞれの複数の生物繊維の含有量が異なる生物繊維組成物サンプルを調製し、下記表2に示すように、所定含有量の生物繊維を0.1mLの水に分散させ、OD620値を測定し、肉眼で三日間観察して沈降が発生するか否かを確認した。結果を下記表2に記す。
前記の方法により、それぞれの複数の生物繊維の含有量が異なる生物繊維組成物サンプルを調製し、下記表3に示すように、所定含有量の生物繊維組成物サンプルを粘度計(Brookfield、回転子H02)で粘度試験をそれぞれ2回行った。結果を下記表3に記す。
前記の方法により、それぞれの複数の生物繊維の含有量が異なる生物繊維組成物サンプルを調製し、下記表4に示すように、所定含有量の生物繊維組成物サンプルを凍結錠剤に製作した。凍結錠剤の製作が完成できるか否かを記す。
前記の方法により、複数の生物繊維の含有量が2重量%である生物繊維組成物サンプルを調製した。前記サンプルには、0.1重量%のL-アスコルビン酸および残量の生理食塩水が含まれている。
前記の方法により、複数の生物繊維の含有量が5重量%である生物繊維組成物サンプルを調製した。前記サンプルには、10重量%のアルブチンおよび残量の生理食塩水が含まれている。
Claims (8)
- 20~30nmの直径および2000~3000nmの長さを有する複数の生物繊維と、水とを含む、皮膚表層に塗布する製品として使用するための生物繊維組成物であって、
前記生物繊維組成物は、前記生物繊維組成物に含まれる前記水が0.1mLであると仮定した場合に、前記水0.1mLに0.2重量%を超えて1.0重量%以下の前記複数の生物繊維を分散させた時に測定されるOD620値が、0.295を超えて1.22以下であり、
前記生物繊維組成物において、前記生物繊維組成物の全重量に基づいて、前記複数の生物繊維の含有量は、0.2重量%を超えて1.2重量%以下であり、
前記複数の生物繊維を形成するための細菌は、グルコンアセトバクター属(Gluconacetobacter)、アセトバクター属(Acetobacter)、リゾビウム属(Rhizobium)、サルシナ属(Sarcina)、シュードモナス属(Pseudomonas)、アクロモバクター属(Achromobacter)、アルカリゲネス属(Alcaligenes)、エンテロバクター属(Enterobacter)、アゾトバクター属(Azotobacter)およびアグロバクテリウム属(Agrobacterium)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの細菌である、
生物繊維組成物。 - 前記OD620値は0.43~1.22である、請求項1に記載の生物繊維組成物。
- 生物繊維組成物とパラフィルム(Parafilm)の表面との接触角は、95.5°以上であり107°未満である、請求項1に記載の生物繊維組成物。
- 有機物養分、活性成分または薬物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の生物繊維組成物。
- 前記活性成分は、保湿成分、美白成分、シワ防止成分、角質除去成分、抗炎症成分、生長因子または酵素である、請求項4に記載の生物繊維組成物。
- 66~150の長さ対直径比、20~30nmの直径および2000~3000nmの長さを有する複数の生物繊維と、水とを含む、皮膚表層に塗布する製品として使用するための生物繊維組成物であって、
前記生物繊維組成物は、前記生物繊維組成物に含まれる前記水が0.1mLであると仮定した場合に、前記水0.1mLに0.2重量%を超えて1.0重量%以下の前記複数の生物繊維を分散させた時に測定されるOD620値が、0.295を超えて1.22以下であり、
前記生物繊維組成物において、前記生物繊維組成物の全重量に基づいて、前記複数の生物繊維の含有量は、0.2重量%を超えて1.2重量%以下であり、
