Description
本出願は2015年5月8日に出願した米国仮出願第62/158,583号の利益を主張するとともに、参照によりその全体を本明細書に援用する。
この新規の装置は、一般によく使用される従来型のインビトロ装置やSCIDマウスと比較して、がん細胞の研究に利益をもたらす。
新規な装置は長期にわたる抗腫瘍効果を評価することができる機能を有する。
本願発明によりケモカイン勾配が装置全体に形成されるようにすることができる。
本願発明を用いてCAR T細胞の第一世代と第二世代とを識別することが可能であることをデータが示唆している。
Claims (7)
- 細胞培養装置であって、
第1区画と、第2区画と、第3区画とを少なくとも備え、それぞれの区画が、隣接する区画から共有する壁によって仕切られており、壁は区画の底部に結合されており、区画は底面積(cm 2 )に対する培地体積(cm 3 )の比が少なくとも2となる体積の培地を保持するように構成されており、それぞれの区画が少なくとも一つの常開放の通路を含み、その常開放の通路は共有する壁を貫通する開口部であり、隣接する区画の底部を接続することで一方の区画の内容物を他方の区画と連通可能にしており、区画の底部は気体透過性であり、区画の底部と常開放の通路の底部とは共通の水平面において平らであり、培地攪拌機や、培地かん流機や、気体ポンプ装置を含まないことを特徴とする細胞培養装置。 - 請求項1に記載の細胞培養装置であって、取り外し可能な蓋を含むことを特徴とする細胞培養装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の細胞培養装置であって、少なくとも1つの区画がマトリクスを含むことを特徴とする細胞培養装置。
- 請求項3に記載の細胞培養装置であって、マトリクスが底部に付着していることを特徴とする細胞培養装置。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置であって、少なくとも1つの区画の少なくとも1つの壁が着色されていることを特徴とする細胞培養装置。
- 請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置であって、少なくとも1つの区画の底部が着色されていることを特徴とする細胞培養装置。
- 請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置であって、少なくとも1つの区画の底部が正方形または長方形であることを特徴とする細胞培養装置。
