本発明は、バッテリーパックに関し、特に自動車に取り付けられるバッテリーパックに関する。

Claims (12)
- 第1方向に連続して配置された複数の単位モジュールと、
それぞれの前記単位モジュールと重なってかつ貫通流路を有する単位冷却部材と、
前記単位冷却部材を加圧する加圧部材と、
を含み、
前記第1方向に隣り合う前記単位冷却部材の前記貫通流路は、互いに連結されて冷却材が移動し、
前記加圧部材は、前記貫通流路と連結されて前記冷却材が流入して排出される入口部および出口部を有する第1加圧部材と、
前記第1加圧部材と結合されて前記単位冷却部材を加圧する第2加圧部材と、
を含み、
前記単位冷却部材は、前記第1方向に配列され、前記第1加圧部材と隣り合う第1単位冷却部材と、
前記第2加圧部材と隣り合う第3単位冷却部材と、
前記第1単位冷却部材と前記第3単位冷却部材との間に位置する少なくとも一つ以上の第2単位冷却部材と、
を含み、
前記第1単位冷却部材は、前記入口部および前記出口部とそれぞれ連結される一対の線状貫通流路、前記線状貫通流路の間に位置し、前記第2単位冷却部材側に両端部がそれぞれ開放されている曲線状貫通流路を含む第1貫通流路を有し、
前記第2単位冷却部材は、前記両端部とそれぞれ連結され、前記第1方向に延びた第2貫通流路を有し、
前記第3単位冷却部材は、前記第2単位冷却部材側に両端部がそれぞれ開放され、隣り合う前記第2貫通流路の間を連結する曲線状の第3貫通流路を有しており、
前記単位モジュールは、ケースを含み、
前記単位冷却部材は、前記ケースの底板で構成され、前記ケースは、前記単位冷却部材と連結されて内部空間を形成する側板、前記側板と連結されて前記内部空間を密封する上板を含み、
前記内部空間に二次電池セルが収容されている、バッテリーパック。 - 前記単位モジュールの下面と前記単位冷却部材の上面は、面接触する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記単位モジュールの下面と前記単位冷却部材の上面との間に位置する熱界面材層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記単位冷却部材は、溶接で前記単位モジュールに連結されている、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記単位冷却部材の厚さは、前記側板の厚さより厚い、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記単位冷却部材は、前記側板と一体からなる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- それぞれの前記単位冷却部材は、前記第1方向に延びた複数の貫通流路を有し、
隣り合う前記単位冷却部材の前記貫通流路は、互いに連結される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記貫通流路は、前記第1加圧部材の入口部および出口部と連結され、
前記第2加圧部材は、隣り合う前記単位冷却部材の前記貫通流路を連結する曲線状貫通流路を有する、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記貫通流路は、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って一定の間隔で配置されている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記単位冷却部材は、前記第1加圧部材と前記第2加圧部材との間に位置し、
前記第1加圧部材と前記第2加圧部材は、前記単位冷却部材を貫く結合部材で結合されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1方向に隣り合う前記単位冷却部材の間に位置するシーリング部材をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記貫通流路および前記貫通流路に連結されて冷却材が流入して排出される入口部および出口部によって形成された流路は、ジグザグ形態で形成されている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
