その第1のガラス層に隣接して配置された第2のガラス層であって、10マイクロメートルから70マイクロメートルの厚さを有する第2のガラス層と、
その第1のガラス層をその第2のガラス層に摺動可能に結合する第1の界面であって、2nmから500nmの厚さを有する第1の界面と、
その第2のガラス層に隣接して配置された第3のガラス層であって、10マイクロメートルから70マイクロメートルの厚さを有する第3のガラス層と、
その第2のガラス層をその第3のガラス層に摺動可能に結合する第2の界面であって、2nmから500nmの厚さを有する第2の界面と、
を備え、
(a)その物品が、25℃および50%の相対湿度で60分間に亘り2mmの平行板分離距離に保持されたときに破損のないこと、(b)その第3のガラス層が(i)1GPa未満の弾性率を有する50μm厚の粘着剤および(ii)10GPa未満の弾性率を有する約100μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレート層により支持されており、その第1のガラス層が、直径1mmの炭化タングステン球で荷重されたときの、約6kgf(約58.8N)超の穿刺抵抗により特徴付けられるガラス物品。

Claims (17)
- ガラス物品において、
10マイクロメートルから125マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、第1のガラス層と、
前記第1のガラス層に隣接して配置された第2のガラス層であって、10マイクロメートルから125マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、第2のガラス層と、
前記第1のガラス層を前記第2のガラス層に摺動可能に結合する界面であって、2nmから500nmの厚さを有する界面と、
を備え、
(a)前記物品が、25℃および50%の相対湿度で60分間に亘り10mmの平行板分離距離に保持されたときに破損のないこと;(b)前記第2のガラス層が(i)1MPaの弾性率を有する50μm厚の粘着剤および(ii)1.92GPaの弾性率を有する100μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレート層により支持されており、前記第1のガラス層が、直径1mmの炭化タングステン球で荷重されたときの、6kgf(58.84N)超の穿刺抵抗により特徴付けられるガラス物品。 - 前記界面に配置された屈折率整合材料をさらに備える、請求項1記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層の少なくとも一方の上のコーティングであって、前記界面に配置されたコーティングをさらに備える、請求項1または2記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層の少なくとも一方の上の前記コーティングがポリイミド材料から作られる、請求項3記載のガラス物品。
- 前記コーティングが、フッ化炭素材料、シリコーン樹脂、ワックス、酸化スズ、酸化亜鉛、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、六方晶窒化ホウ素、ホウ化マグネシウム・アルミニウム、パリレン、及び、ダイヤモンド状コーティングのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項3記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層が前記第2のガラス層より大きい厚さを有する、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層が100マイクロメートルから125マイクロメートル厚である、請求項6記載のガラス物品。
- ヒンジ軸をさらに備え、前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層が該ヒンジ軸で互いに対して固定されている、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層の周りに配置されたフレーム要素をさらに備える、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のガラス物品。
- ガラス物品において、
10マイクロメートルから70マイクロメートルの厚さを有する第1のガラス層と、
前記第1のガラス層に隣接して配置された第2のガラス層であって、10マイクロメートルから70マイクロメートルの厚さを有する第2のガラス層と、
前記第1のガラス層を前記第2のガラス層に摺動可能に結合する第1の界面であって、2nmから500nmの厚さを有する第1の界面と、
前記第2のガラス層に隣接して配置された第3のガラス層であって、10マイクロメートルから70マイクロメートルの厚さを有する第3のガラス層と、
前記第2のガラス層を前記第3のガラス層に摺動可能に結合する第2の界面であって、2nmから500nmの厚さを有する第2の界面と、
を備え、
(a)前記物品が、25℃および50%の相対湿度で60分間に亘り2mmの平行板分離距離に保持されたときに破損のないこと、(b)前記第3のガラス層が(i)1MPaの弾性率を有する50μm厚の粘着剤および(ii)1.92GPaの弾性率を有する100μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレート層により支持されており、前記第1のガラス層が、直径1mmの炭化タングステン球で荷重されたときの、6kgf(約58.84N)超の穿刺抵抗により特徴付けられるガラス物品。 - 前記第1の界面および前記第2の界面の内の少なくとも1つに配置された屈折率整合材料をさらに備える、請求項10記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層の少なくとも一方の上のコーティングであって、前記第1の界面に配置されたコーティングをさらに備える、請求項10または11記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層の少なくとも一方の上の前記コーティングがポリイミド材料から作られる、請求項12記載のガラス物品。
- 前記コーティングが、フッ化炭素材料、シリコーン樹脂、ワックス、酸化スズ、酸化亜鉛、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、六方晶窒化ホウ素、ホウ化マグネシウム・アルミニウム、パリレン、及び、ダイヤモンド状コーティングのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項13記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層が、前記第2のガラス層および前記第3のガラス層より大きい厚さを有する、請求項10から14いずれか1項のガラス物品。
- ヒンジ軸をさらに備え、前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層が該ヒンジ軸で互いに対して固定されている、請求項10から15いずれか1項記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラス層と前記第2のガラス層の周りに配置されたフレーム要素をさらに備える、請求項10から16いずれか1項記載のガラス物品。
