- 調節眼内レンズ(13)を製造する方法であって、
a)第一のコンポーネント(11)と、第二のコンポーネント(12)と、支持体(1)であって、内部空間(2)を有し、且つ上側に開放しており、それにより、前記内部空間(2)は、上方からアクセス可能である、支持体(1)とを提供するステップ、
b)前記第一のコンポーネント(11)を前記支持体(1)に固定するステップであって、それにより、前記内部空間(2)は、前記第一のコンポーネント(11)によって画定され、及び前記第一のコンポーネント(11)は、前記第一のコンポーネント(11)の上方に配置される外部空間(10)を前記内部空間(2)から分離する、ステップ、
c)前記外部空間(10)内において、前記内部空間(2)より高い圧力を生成するステップであって、それにより、前記第一のコンポーネント(11)は、下方に変形する、ステップ、
d)前記第一のコンポーネント(11)の上側及び/又は前記第二のコンポーネント(12)上に接着面(6)を生成するステップ、
e)液体(5)を前記第一のコンポーネント(11)に、上方から、前記第一のコンポーネント(11)の下方に変形された領域内に注ぐステップであって、前記液体(5)は、前記接着面(6)といかなる時点でも接触しない、ステップ、
f)前記接着面(6)によって前記第二のコンポーネント(12)を前記第一のコンポーネント(11)に固定するステップであって、その結果として、前記調節眼内レンズ(13)は、形成され、及び前記液体(5)は、前記第一のコンポーネント(11)と前記第二のコンポーネント(12)とにより、前記眼内レンズ(13)の内部に配置される空孔(8)内に封入される、ステップ

前記第一のコンポーネント(11)は、光学体(3)を有し、及び前記第二のコンポーネント(12)は、膜(7)を有するか、又は前記第一のコンポーネント(11)は、膜(7)を有し、及び前記第二のコンポーネント(12)は、光学体(3)を有し、
前記膜(7)は、ガス透過性であり、
前記ステップ(f)において、前記外部空間(10)内に配置されるガスは、前記膜(7)を通して前記眼内レンズ(13)から漏出する
方法。 - 前記外部空間(10)内に配置されるガス(9)は、少なくとも80%の体積分率を有するヘリウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着面(6)は、ステップd)において、接着剤の塗布によって生成される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
