車両の入出庫を行う入出庫室を備えた立体駐車装置において、該立体駐車装置の運転動作を入力する運転操作盤と、該運転操作盤の入力操作により前記立体駐車装置の動作を制御する制御装置と、機械学習済の学習型人工知能の機能を有し前記入出庫室内を撮影して取り込んだ撮像から前記入出庫室内の人及び前記車両を動的に検出する複数のカメラと、を備え、
前記車両の入庫時に前記カメラが前記車両に搭乗していた人の数と、前記入出庫室から退出した人の数とを前記制御装置へ発信して、該制御装置が双方の人の数の比較を行い、前記車両に搭乗していた人の数と、前記入出庫室から退出した人の数とが等しい場合、前記運転操作盤の入力操作を有効になるように制御し、
前記車両に搭乗していた人の数よりも前記入出庫室から退出した人の数が少ない場合、利用者に前記入出庫室における人の有無の再確認を促すように構成されていることを特徴とする立体駐車装置の安全装置。
