Claims (8)
- ロッド部を含む接続材であって、
前記ロッド部は、材料除去式透かし彫りセクションと柱状セクションとを含み、
前記材料除去式透かし彫りセクションは、
中心軸と、
前記中心軸の外周面から外側に延在し、且つ前記中心軸の径方向に対して傾斜する複数の支持リブ板と、
前記中心軸の回りに配置された複数の外輪板と、を備え、
隣接する前記外輪板の間には、周方向隙間が設けられ、
前記支持リブ板は、前記中心軸と前記外輪板とを接続しており、
前記中心軸は、前記柱状セクションと繋がっていることを特徴とする接続材。 - 前記複数の支持リブ板は前記中心軸に沿って回転対称に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続材。
- 前記中心軸と前記柱状セクションとは、ネジ接続構造により接続され、又は溶接されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続材。
- 前記複数の外輪板の外面は同一の柱状面に位置しており、
前記柱状面は前記柱状セクションの外面の軸方向の延在方向に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続材。 - 金属製の請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の接続材と、
外周が外凸環状リブ板を有するCMCタービン外輪部材と、
内周が内凸環状リブ板を有する金属中間層ケースと、を備え、
前記外凸環状リブ板はCMC接続孔を有し、前記内凸環状リブ板は金属製接続孔を有しており、
前記接続材の柱状セクションは前記内凸環状リブ板の金属製接続孔と結合されており、
前記接続材の前記材料除去式透かし彫りセクションは前記CMC接続孔に挿入されており、前記複数の外輪板は、前記支持リブ板に取付用仮締め力が生じるように、前記CMC接続孔と密着して結合されたことを特徴とする熱的な不整合防止用の接続装置。 - 前記金属中間層ケースには、2つのストッパーリングが提供されており、
前記CMCタービン外輪部材には、2つの前記外凸環状リブ板が提供されており、
2つの前記外凸環状リブ板は2つの前記ストッパーリングの間に位置しており、
2つの前記外凸環状リブ板の外縁は、それに隣接する前記ストッパーリングにそれぞれに当接したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接続装置。 - 前記金属中間層ケースには、3つの前記内凸環状リブ板が提供されており、
2つの前記外凸環状リブ板と3つの前記内凸環状リブ板とは、2つの前記外凸環状リブ板の何れか1つが2つの前記内凸環状リブ板の間に位置するように、エンジンの軸方向に沿って間隔をあけて交互に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の接続装置。 - 前記金属中間層ケースには、複数の前記内凸環状リブ板が提供されており、
1つの前記接続材と組付けるための対応する複数の前記内凸環状リブ板の前記金属製接続孔は丸孔であり、その他の前記金属製接続孔はトラック状接続孔である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接続装置。
