i.洗浄される物品を受容するための洗浄室と、
ii.洗浄室に流体接続された液体洗剤ディスペンサであって、かかる液体洗剤ディスペンサが、液体洗剤組成物の複数回の用量を格納するためのバルクカートリッジと、洗浄サイクル中にバルクカートリッジから洗浄室内に1回用量の液体洗剤組成物を自動的に分配するための自動投入装置と、を備え、かかる自動投入装置が、動作時に約0.1mL/秒~約10mL/秒の範囲の動作流速及び約10s-1~約250s-1の範囲の動作せん断速度によって特徴付けられるものである、工程と、を含む、方法に関する。
a.自動洗浄機であって、
i.洗浄される物品を受容するための洗浄室と、
ii.洗浄室に流体接続された液体洗剤ディスペンサであって、かかる液体洗剤ディスペンサが、液体洗剤組成物の複数回の用量を格納するためのバルクカートリッジと、洗浄サイクル中にバルクカートリッジから洗浄室内に1回用量の液体洗剤組成物を自動的に分配するための自動投入装置と、を備え、自動投入装置が、動作時に、約0.5mL/秒~約10mL/秒の範囲の動作流速及び約10s-1~約250s-1の範囲の動作せん断速度によって特徴付けられるものである、液体洗剤ディスペンサと、を備えた、自動洗浄機と、
b.当該自動洗浄機で使用するための液体洗剤組成物であって、液体洗剤組成物が、
i.かかる液体洗剤組成物の総重量に対して少なくとも約25重量%の総界面活性剤濃度と、

iii.任意に、20℃で、約0.5s-1の相対的に低いせん断速度で測定した場合に約500mPa・s~約50,000mPa・sの範囲の低せん断粘度と、によって特徴付けられるものである、使用に関する。
自動洗浄機の自動投入量の変動を低減するには、本発明の液体洗剤組成物が、「高せん断粘度」の測定について本明細書で上記に述べた条件で測定した場合に相対的に低い高せん断粘度、すなわち、約10mPa・s~約500mPa・s、好ましくは約20~約350mPa・s、より好ましくは約50~約300mPa・sの高せん断粘度を有することが不可欠である。低い高せん断粘度の液体洗剤が、自動投入機能を備えた自動洗浄機での使用に選択された場合、投入量の変動がほぼ半減され得ることが見出されている。
上記に述べた液体洗剤は、自動投入機能を備えた1つ以上の自動洗浄機と組み合わせて使用されて自動投入量の変動が低減された洗浄システムを形成する。
本発明は、上記に述べた自動投入機能を備えた自動洗浄機において上記の液体洗剤組成物を使用することで自動投入量の変動を低減するものである。
Claims (7)
- 自動洗浄機の自動投入量の変動を低減する方法であって、
a.液体洗剤組成物を提供する工程であって、前記液体洗剤組成物が、
i.前記液体洗剤組成物の総重量に対して少なくとも25重量%の総界面活性剤濃度と、
ii.20℃で、20s-1の相対的に高いせん断速度で測定した場合に210mPa・s~500mPa・sの範囲の高せん断粘度と、
iii.20℃で、0.5s-1の相対的に低いせん断速度で測定した場合に500mPa・s~50000mPa・sの範囲の低せん断粘度と、によって特徴付けられるものである、工程と、
b.前記液体洗剤組成物を自動洗浄機で使用する工程であって、前記自動洗浄機が、
i.洗浄される物品を受容するための洗浄室と、
ii.前記洗浄室に流体接続された液体洗剤ディスペンサであって、前記液体洗剤組成物の複数回の用量を格納するためのバルクカートリッジと、洗浄サイクル中に前記バルクカートリッジから前記洗浄室内に1回用量の前記液体洗剤組成物を自動的に分配するための自動投入装置とを備えた液体洗剤ディスペンサと、を備え、前記自動投入装置が、動作時に、0.1mL/秒~10mL/秒の範囲の動作流速及び10s-1~250s-1の範囲の動作せん断速度によって特徴付けられるものである、工程と、を含み、前記自動投入装置が蠕動ポンプである、方法。 - 前記自動投入装置の前記動作流速が、0.5mL/秒~2mL/秒の範囲であり、前記自動投入装置の前記動作せん断速度が、15s-1~200s-1の範囲であり、前記液体洗剤組成物の前記高せん断粘度が、20℃及び20s-1で測定した場合に210~350mPa・sの範囲であり、前記液体洗剤組成物の前記低せん断粘度が、20℃及び0.5s-1で測定した場合に2000mPa・s~40000mPa・sである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 洗浄システムであって、
a.自動洗浄機であって、
i.洗浄される物品を受容するための洗浄室と、
ii.前記洗浄室に流体接続された液体洗剤ディスペンサであって、液体洗剤組成物の複数回の用量を格納するためのバルクカートリッジと、洗浄サイクル中に前記バルクカートリッジから前記洗浄室内に1回用量の前記液体洗剤組成物を自動的に分配するための自動投入装置とを備え、前記自動投入装置が、動作時に0.1mL/秒~10mL/秒の範囲の動作流速及び10s-1~250s-1の範囲の動作せん断速度によって特徴付けられるものであり、前記自動投入装置は蠕動ポンプである、液体洗剤ディスペンサと、を備えた、自動洗浄機と、
b.前記自動洗浄機で使用するための液体洗剤組成物であって、
i.前記液体洗剤組成物の総重量に対して少なくとも25重量%の総界面活性剤濃度と、
ii.20℃で、20s-1の相対的に高いせん断速度で測定した場合に210mPa・s~500mPa・sの範囲の高せん断粘度と、
iii.20℃で、0.5s-1の相対的に低いせん断速度で測定した場合に500mPa・s~50000mPa・sの範囲の低せん断粘度と、によって特徴付けられる、液体洗剤組成物と、を含む、洗浄システム。 - 前記自動投入装置の前記動作流速が、0.5mL/秒~2mL/秒の範囲であり、前記自動投入装置の前記動作せん断速度が、15s-1~200s-1の範囲であり、前記液体洗剤組成物の前記高せん断粘度が、20℃で20s-1の相対的に高いせん断速度で測定した場合に210~350mPa・sの範囲であり、前記液体洗剤組成物の前記低せん断粘度が、20℃及び0.5s-1で測定した場合に2000mPa・s~40000mPa・sである、請求項3に記載の洗浄システム。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が、前記自動洗浄機の前記液体洗剤ディスペンサの前記バルクカートリッジ内に格納されている、請求項3又は4に記載の洗浄システム。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が、前記液体洗剤組成物の前記自動洗浄機との使用を示唆する1つ以上のマーカーを有するパッケージ内に格納されている、請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載の洗浄システム。
- 前記自動洗浄機が、前記液体洗剤組成物の前記自動洗浄機との使用を示唆する1つ以上のマーカーを有する、請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載の洗浄システム。
