Claims (2)
- 弁室を形成する弁本体と、前記弁室内に設けられる弁体と、前記弁室をシールする金属ダイヤフラムと、を備えた弁装置であって、
前記弁体は、軸部を有し、
前記金属ダイヤフラムは、前記軸部を挿通させる挿通孔を有して円環状に構成され、その内周縁部が前記軸部に対して固定されるとともに、その外周縁部が前記弁本体に対して固定され、最大弁開状態から弁閉状態にかけて前記内周縁部と前記外周縁部との間において弁閉側に向かって凸に湾曲しており、
自然状態における前記金属ダイヤフラムは、前記弁体の軸方向に沿った断面が、前記内周縁部側の内側円弧状部と、前記外周縁部側の外側円弧状部と、を有し、
前記内側円弧状部の曲率が前記外側円弧状部の曲率よりも大きいことを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記金属ダイヤフラムは、前記内周縁部に、前記弁体の軸方向に交差する平面に沿って延びるとともに前記軸部に接続される内側接続部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
