Description
Claims (4)
- 互いに噛み合う歯部を有する前段雄ロータ及び前段雌ロータと、前記前段雄ロータの歯部及び前記前段雌ロータの歯部を収納してそれらの歯溝に前段作動室を形成する前段ボアとを有し、前記前段作動室によって気体を圧縮する前段圧縮機構と、
互いに噛み合う歯部を有する後段雄ロータ及び後段雌ロータと、前記後段雄ロータの歯部及び前記後段雌ロータの歯部を収納してそれらの歯溝に後段作動室を形成する後段ボアとを有し、前記後段作動室によって、前記前段圧縮機構で圧縮された気体を更に圧縮する後段圧縮機構とを備え、
前記前段雄ロータと前記後段雄ロータは、同軸となるように構成されており、且つ、それらの歯部の間に配置されないでそれらの歯部の両外側に配置された複数の軸受だけで回転可能に支持されており、
前記前段雌ロータと前記後段雌ロータは、同軸となるように構成されており、且つ、それらの歯部の間に配置されないでそれらの歯部の両外側に配置された複数の軸受だけで回転可能に支持された、多段スクリュー圧縮機であって、
前記前段圧縮機構は、前記前段作動室から圧縮気体を吐出するための前段吐出流路の一部であって、ロータ軸方向から見て前記前段ボアと重なる部分であり且つ前記前段作動室に対してロータ軸方向に連通する流路であるアキシャル吐出ポケットを有し、
前記後段圧縮機構は、前記後段作動室に圧縮気体を吸込むための後段吸込流路の一部であって、ロータ軸方向から見て前記後段ボアと重なる部分であり且つ前記後段作動室に対してロータ軸方向に連通する流路であるアキシャル吸込ポケットを有し、
前記前段圧縮機構の前記アキシャル吐出ポケットと前記後段圧縮機構の前記アキシャル吸込ポケットは、ロータ径方向から見てロータ軸方向で互いに部分的に重なる位置関係で配置されると共に、隔壁によって互いに隔離されたことを特徴とする多段スクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の多段スクリュー圧縮機において、
前記前段圧縮機構から吐出された圧縮気体を冷却するインタークーラを備え、
前記後段圧縮機構は、前記インタークーラで冷却された圧縮気体を更に圧縮することを特徴とする多段スクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の多段スクリュー圧縮機において、
前記前段圧縮機構の前記前段吐出流路は、前記アキシャル吐出ポケットを介し前記前段作動室に対してロータ軸方向に連通すると共に、前記前段作動室に対してロータ径方向に連通することを特徴とする多段スクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の多段スクリュー圧縮機において、
前記後段圧縮機構の前記後段吸込流路は、前記アキシャル吸込ポケットを介し前記後段作動室に対してロータ軸方向に連通すると共に、前記後段作動室に対してロータ径方向に連通することを特徴とする多段スクリュー圧縮機。
