Claims (15)
- 導電体で作られた筐体(12)と、前記筐体(12)内に配置された少なくとも1つの電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)と、前記筐体(12)を通して配置された2つの端子(14、16)とを含む電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)であって、前記端子(14、16)は前記筐体(12)を通る前記端子(14、16)の通路において前記筐体(12)から電気的に絶縁されており、前記端子(14、16)は少なくとも1つの前記電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)と前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)の外部との間で電気エネルギーが転送されることを可能にする、電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)において、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)は、前記筐体(12)内側に配置された、インピーダンス(Z1、Z2、Z3、34、41、42)を形成する特定部品をさらに含み、前記特定部品は、前記端子(14、16)のうちの第1の端子を前記筐体(12)に接続し、第1の高域通過フィルタを形成し、前記第1の高域通過フィルタは、前記端子(14、16)のうちの第1の端子を介して伝播しようとし、前記筐体(12)に侵入しようとする電磁干渉を、前記筐体(12)方向に導くように構成されており、前記特定部品は、直列に接続されたキャパシタ(C)と抵抗器(R)とを含み、前記抵抗器(R)は、1オームより高い値を有し、前記端子(14、16)の少なくとも1つを通して伝播する電磁干渉のエネルギーを放散するように構成されており、
前記第1の高域通過フィルタのカットオフ周波数は、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)に格納された電流の周波数よりも高いことを特徴とする電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)。 - 前記特定部品は第1の特定部品と呼ばれ、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置は、前記筐体(12)の内側に、1オームより高い少なくとも1つの抵抗成分を有するとともに前記端子のうちの第2の端子(14)を前記筐体(12)へ接続する第2の特定部品(Z2)を含み、前記第2の特定部品(Z2)は前記第2の端子(14)を通して伝播しようとする電磁干渉を前記筐体(12)方向に導くように構成された第2の高域通過フィルタを形成し、前記第2の高域通過フィルタのカットオフ周波数は、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)に格納された電流の周波数よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 1オームより高い少なくとも1つの抵抗成分を有し、第3の高域通過フィルタを形成し、前記2つの端子(14、16)を互いに接続する第3の特定部品(Z3)を前記筐体(12)の内側に含み、前記第3の高域通過フィルタのカットオフ周波数は、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)に格納された電流の周波数よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記筐体の内側に、前記端子(14、16)へ接続された複数の電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)と、それぞれが前記電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)の1つに関連付けられ、1オームより高い少なくとも1つの抵抗成分を有する特定部品(34)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の特定部品(Z1、Z2、Z3、34)はそれぞれ、並列に接続された複数のキャパシタ(Ca、Cb)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の特定部品(Z1、Z2、Z3、34)はそれぞれ、並列に接続された複数の抵抗器(Ra、Rb)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の特定部品(Z1、Z2、Z3、34)はそれぞれ、直列または並列に接続された複数のインダクタLを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記キャパシタ(C)と前記抵抗器(R)との共通点に存在する電圧と基準電圧とを比較する手段(22)と、前記共通点に存在する電圧と前記基準電圧との差を通知する手段(24)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記第1の特定部品(Z1)の前記キャパシタ(C)と前記抵抗器(R)との共通点に存在する電圧と前記第2の特定部品(Z2)の前記キャパシタ(C)と前記抵抗器(R)との共通点に存在する電圧とを比較する手段(22)と、前記比較の測定結果と期待結果との差を通知する手段(24)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記特定部品は、第4の特定部品(41)と呼ばれ、前記端子(14、16)のうちの第1の端子と前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)とを接続する導体と直列に接続された第1の低域通過フィルタを形成し、前記第1の低域通過フィルタのカットオフ周波数は、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)内のエネルギー貯蔵のために使用される名目電流の周波数に従って選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記端子(14、16)のうちの第2の端子と前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)とを接続する導体と直列に接続された第2の低域通過フィルタを形成する第5の特定部品(42)を含み、前記第2の低域通過フィルタのカットオフ周波数は、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置(10)内のエネルギー貯蔵のために使用される名目電流の周波数に従って選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記第4の特定部品(41)と前記第5の特定部品(42)はそれぞれ、前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)と前記それぞれの端子(14、16)との間に直列に接続された巻線で形成され、前記電気エネルギー蓄積装置は前記第4の特定部品(41)と前記第5の特定部品(42)とに共通な磁気回路(43)を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記第4の特定部品(41)を試験する手段(22、45、46)を含む、または前記第4の特定部品(41)と、前記第5の特定部品(42)とを試験する手段(22、45、46)を含むことを特徴とする請求項11~12のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記第4の特定部品(41)は、一次巻線で形成され、前記試験手段は、前記第4の特定部品の前記一次巻線へ結合される二次巻線(45、46)を含む、または前記第4の特定部品(41)と、前記第5の特定部品(42)とはそれぞれ、一次巻線で形成され、前記試験手段は、前記第4の特定部品と、前記第5の特定部品とのそれぞれの前記一次巻線へ結合される二次巻線(45、46)を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
- 前記第4の特定部品(41)は、当該前記端子(14、16)と前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)とを接続する前記導体を取り囲む強磁性材料で形成される、または前記第4の特定部品(41)と、前記第5の特定部品(42)とは、当該前記端子(14、16)と前記少なくとも1つの電気エネルギー貯蔵電池(30)とを接続する前記導体を取り囲む強磁性材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気エネルギー蓄積装置。
