Description
本出願は、2017年9月18日に中国特許庁に提出された中国特許出願201710840999.4の優先権を主張し、その全ての内容が援用により本出願に取り込まれる。
Claims (9)
- 光透過領域及び光遮断領域を有する光変調装置であって、
ベース基板と、
前記光透過領域にあり、且つ光が前記光変調装置の外側へ出射できるように構成される、前記ベース基板上の複数の突起部と、
前記光遮断領域にあり、且つ光が前記光変調装置の外側へ出射するのを遮断するように構成される、前記ベース基板上の反射層と、
前記複数の突起部において前記ベース基板から遠い方の側にある絶縁層と
を含み、
前記複数の突起部は、複数のナノスケールの突起部である、光変調装置。 - 前記複数の突起部の各々は、前記反射層が存在しない第1表面と、前記反射層が存在する第2表面とを有し、
前記第2表面は、前記第1表面と前記ベース基板を連結し、
前記第1表面は、前記光透過領域にあり、
前記第2表面は、前記光遮断領域にある、請求項1に記載の光変調装置。 - 前記ベース基板上の前記複数の突起部の正射投影は、前記ベース基板上の前記反射層の正射投影と少なくとも部分的に重ならず、
前記ベース基板上の前記複数の突起部の第1表面の正射投影は、前記ベース基板上の前記反射層の正射投影と実質的に重ならない、請求項2に記載の光変調装置。 - 前記光透過領域において複数の凹部を更に含み、前記複数の凹部の各々は、前記複数の突起部のうちの一つの、前記ベース基板から遠い方の側にあり、
前記ベース基板上の前記複数の凹部の正射投影は、前記ベース基板上の前記反射層の正射投影と実質的に重ならない、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の光変調装置。 - 前記絶縁層は、複数の絶縁ブロックを含み、前記複数の絶縁ブロックの各々は、前記複数の凹部のうちの一つにあり、且つ前記光透過領域にある、請求項4に記載の光変調装置。
- 前記ベース基板及び前記複数の突起部は、一体型光透過層として形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の光変調装置。
- 前記光変調装置は、導光板である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の光変調装置。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の光変調装置及び1つ又は複数の光源を含むバックライトモジュール。
- 請求項8に記載のバックライトモジュールを含む表示装置。
