- 受託番号FERM P-20747で特定される乳酸菌と、受託番号FERM P-20748で特定される乳酸菌と、受託番号FERM P-20749で特定される乳酸菌と、受託番号FERM P-20750で特定される乳酸菌との4種類の乳酸菌、又は、当該4種類の乳酸菌による発酵物を有効成分とし、
全健康美容増進剤中の全乳酸菌の生菌数は、107cfu以上であり、
前記健康美容増進剤のpHは、3.5~4.5の範囲内に設定され、
IgA抗体の産出、睡眠の改善、角層水分量の増加、整腸作用及び血糖値上昇抑制を促進するための健康美容増進剤。 - 本健康美容増進剤は、前記4種類の乳酸菌又は前記発酵物を含む液体、-4度~4度の範囲内で前記4種類の乳酸菌又は前記発酵物がフリーズドライされた粉体、前記4種類の乳酸菌又は前記発酵物を含む加工食品のいずれかである、
請求項1に記載の健康美容増進剤。 - 本健康美容増進剤は、前記4種類の乳酸菌が乳酸発酵可能な糖質及び蛋白質を含有し、前記4種類の乳酸菌の増殖を継続させることが可能である、

前記蛋白質の濃度は、全健康美容増進剤に対して、1重量%~50重量%の範囲内である、
