Claims (7)
- 排出ガスセンサ(100)の制御装置(10)であって、
前記排出ガスセンサは、内燃機関(EG)で生じた排出ガスから酸素を排出する第1セル(150)と、前記第1セルによって酸素が排出された後の排出ガスに含まれる残留酸素の濃度、に応じた大きさの電流を出力する第2セル(160)と、を有するものであり、
前記第1セルによる酸素の排出を制御する第1セル制御部(13)と、
前記第2セルから出力される電流の変化の傾きを取得する第1取得部(14)と、
前記第2セルから出力される電流の収束値を取得する第2取得部(15)と、
前記第1取得部により取得された傾きと、前記第2取得部により取得された収束値と、の両方に基づいて、前記排出ガスセンサで生じている劣化の度合いを示す指標、である劣化率を算出する劣化率算出部(17)と、を備え、
前記劣化率算出部は、
前記第1取得部により取得された傾きに基づいて第1劣化率を算出し、
前記第2取得部により取得された収束値に基づいて第2劣化率を算出し、
前記第1劣化率及び前記第2劣化率に基づいて前記劣化率を算出する制御装置。 - 前記第1取得部により取得される傾きを示す指標と、前記第1劣化率との対応関係、及び、前記第2取得部により取得される収束値を示す指標と、前記第2劣化率との対応関係、のそれぞれを記憶している記憶部(16)を更に備える、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記劣化率算出部は、
前記第1劣化率及び前記第2劣化率のうち大きい方の値を前記劣化率として算出する、請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記劣化率算出部は、
前記第1劣化率と前記第2劣化率との合計値を前記劣化率として算出する、請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記劣化率算出部は、
前記第1劣化率と前記第2劣化率との差の絶対値が所定値以下であれば、前記第1劣化率と前記第2劣化率との合計値を前記劣化率として算出し、
前記第1劣化率と前記第2劣化率との差の絶対値が前記所定値を超えていれば、前記第1劣化率及び前記第2劣化率のうち大きい方の値を前記劣化率として算出する、請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記第1セルの電極は金を含有している、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記排出ガスセンサは、前記第1セルの電極と前記第2セルの電極とが、同一の空間内に配置されたものである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
