Claims (6)
- 非接触給電のためのコイル装置に用いられる異物除去装置であって、
前記コイル装置が含むコイルを覆う露出面、及び、前記露出面の互いに異なる位置に設けられた複数の流体噴出孔を含む本体と、
前記複数の流体噴出孔に接続されており、前記流体噴出孔から噴出される流体によって前記露出面に付着した異物を除去する除去部と、を備え、
前記除去部は、前記流体噴出孔に接続された流路に設けられており、前記流路を流れる前記流体の流量又は圧力を、前記露出面上に前記異物が存在するか否かを判定するための検出値としてそれぞれ検出する複数のセンサを有する、異物除去装置。 - 前記除去部は、
前記流路に接続されて、前記流路を介して前記流体を前記流体噴出孔に提供する流体供給部と、
前記検出値に基づいて前記流体供給部の出力を制御する制御部と、を有する、請求項1に記載の異物除去装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記検出値が所定の条件を満たすか否かを判定することによって、前記露出面上に前記異物が存在するか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部による判定結果に基づいて、前記流体供給部の出力を調整する調整部と、を含み、
前記調整部は、
前記複数のセンサから得た全ての前記検出値が前記所定の条件を満たすことにより、前記露出面上に前記異物が存在しないと判定された場合には、各前記流体供給部の出力を第1の出力に設定し、
前記複数のセンサから得た少なくとも一つの前記検出値が前記所定の条件を満たさないことにより、前記露出面上に前記異物が存在すると判定された場合には、前記所定の条件を満たさない前記検出値を出力した前記センサに対応する前記流体噴出孔を特定し、特定された前記流体噴出孔に対応する前記流体供給部の出力を前記第1の出力よりも大きい第2の出力に設定する、請求項2に記載の異物除去装置。 - 前記調整部は、
前記露出面上に前記異物が存在すると判定された場合に、特定された前記流体噴出孔に対応する前記流体供給部の出力を前記第2の出力に設定すると共に、特定されなかった前記流体噴出孔に対応する前記流体供給部の出力を、前記第2の出力よりも小さい第3の出力に設定する、請求項3に記載の異物除去装置。 - 前記複数の流体噴出孔は、1個の第1流体噴出孔と、前記第1流体噴出孔を囲む複数の第2流体噴出孔と、を含み、
前記第2流体噴出孔の内径は、前記第1流体噴出孔の内径よりも大きく、且つ、前記第2流体噴出孔が前記第1流体噴出孔から遠ざかるにつれて大きくなっている、請求項1に記載の異物除去装置。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の異物除去装置と、
前記コイルと、
を備える、コイル装置。
