前記液晶レンズ層は、非レンズ状態とレンズ状態との間で切り替え可能であるように配置され、前記レンズ状態は、前記液晶レンズ層が各前記感光センシングユニットに対向する凸レンズを形成するための状態であり、
各前記感光センシングユニットの中心と、前記感光センシングユニットに対向する前記光透過孔の中心と、前記感光センシングユニットに対向する前記凸レンズの中心とが、同一の垂直線上に位置し、
前記液晶レンズ層がレンズ状態である時、前記表示パネルに平行な方向において、隣り合う前記凸レンズが接触して設置され、
各前記凸レンズの口径がD0、前記凸レンズの中心からそれと対向する前記光透過孔の中心までの垂直距離がH0、前記光透過孔の中心からそれと対向する前記感光センシングユニットまでの垂直距離がH1であり、前記感光センシングユニットの幅の範囲は
- 前記光源から発せられた光線が前記導光層に入り、かつ前記導光層の上底面と下底面に当たり、
前記導光層の上底面と下底面に当たる前記光線の入射角度は前記導光層の臨界角度以上である、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光透過孔形成層は、第1キャビティ内にシールされた第1液晶層と、前記第1液晶層を駆動するための第1画素電極及び第1共通電極とを含み、前記第1画素電極及び前記第1共通電極は少なくとも前記光透過孔以外の領域に設置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記液晶レンズ層は、第2キャビティ内にシールされた第2液晶層と、前記第2液晶層を駆動するための第2画素電極及び第2共通電極とを含み、
前記第2画素電極及び前記第2共通電極は前記第2液晶層を非レンズ状態とレンズ状態との間で切り替えるように駆動する、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルは、対向設置される第1基板及び第2基板を含み、前記第2基板は前記第1基板に比べて前記光透過孔形成層に近接して設置され、前記複数の感光センシングユニットは前記第2基板に設置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の感光センシングユニットは、アレイ状に均一配置され、前記複数の感光センシングユニットが前記表示パネルにおいて占める総領域がセンシング領域であり、前記表示パネルの表示領域における前記センシング領域以外の領域が出光領域である、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記センシング領域と前記出光領域との面積比は1:4以上、かつ1:1以下である、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 各前記感光センシングユニットが前記表示パネルにおいて占める領域と前記表示パネルの画素領域またはサブ画素領域との面積比は1:4以上、かつ1:1以下である、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の感光センシングユニットのうちの何れか1つの感光センシングユニットは、前記複数の感光センシングユニットのうちの前記何れか1つの感光センシングユニットの、前記光透過孔形成層から離れた表面に設置される遮光層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 制御モジュールをさらに含む前記表示装置において、
前記制御モジュールが指紋認証信号を受信すると、指紋認証領域の光透過孔形成層を小孔状態に切り替え、液晶レンズ層をレンズ状態に切り替えるように制御して、導光層、前記導光層の側面に設置された光源、及び複数の感光センシングユニットに依拠して前記表示装置に指紋認証を行わせることと、
前記制御モジュールが表示信号を受信すると、前記光透過孔形成層を光透過状態に切り替え、前記液晶レンズ層を非レンズ状態に切り替えるように制御し、前記表示装置に表示を行わせることと、を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置の制御方法。
