Description
なお、上記でフィルター材の製造方法について詳細に説明したので、説明を簡略化するために、フィルター材の調製については以下では詳細に説明しない。
実施例1、実施例2、および実施例3の超臨界流体処理の条件は基本的に同一であり、それらの間の違いは、濾過された血液サンプルおよび流体の流速に関連する条件である。実施例1、実施例2、および実施例3の超臨界流体処理の条件は以下のように提供される。基材量(浴比=基材重量/シリンダー容積)は0.27、親水化剤添加量は膜材料重量に対して1%、シリンダーの圧力は285bar、反応温度は120℃、反応時間は1.5時間である。
比較例1および比較例2の両方のフィルター材は、従来のコーティング方法により製造される。比較例3の超臨界流体処理の条件については、親水化剤添加量が膜材料重量に対して0.05%であることを除き、比較例3の残りの処理条件は、実施例1、実施例2、実施例3と同一である。比較例4の超臨界流体処理の条件については、反応温度が50℃であることを除き、比較例4のその他の処理条件は実施例1、実施例2、および実施例3と同じである。
Claims (4)
- 血液中の白血球を濾過するために、超臨界流体処理技術を用いてフィルター材を親水化することを含み、
前記超臨界流体処理技術を用いて前記フィルター材を親水化する工程は、前記フィルター材をシリンダーに入れ、親水化剤を加える工程と、炭酸ガスを前記シリンダーに注入し、前記シリンダーに加熱反応を行い、ここで前記加熱反応の温度は60℃から150℃である、前記シリンダーの圧力を増加させる工程と、前記加熱反応終了後に前記シリンダーの温度と圧力を下げ、前記フィルター材を取り出す工程と、を含み、
前記親水化剤は、前記フィルター材の総重量に基づいて0.1重量%から10重量%添加され、
前記フィルター材はポリエステル化合物ベース材を含み、前記ポリエステル化合物ベース材はポリブチレンテレフタレートを含み、
前記親水化剤はポリエーテルエステルを含む、
フィルター材の製造方法。 - 前記フィルター材の重量を前記シリンダーの容積で除して得られる浴比が0.01から1である、請求項1に記載のフィルター材の製造方法。
- 前記加熱反応を行うときの前記シリンダーの圧力が70barから500barである、請求項1に記載のフィルター材の製造方法。
- 加熱反応時間が30分から5時間である、請求項1に記載のフィルター材の製造方法。
