Description
次に、保持機構組立体の全体構成について図1及び図2を用いて説明する。
なお、ネジ部材側当接部41bは、傾斜面で構成されるが、これに限定されるものではなく、少なくともネジ部材42からチャック部材41を第二開口部322側へ押す方向の力を受けることができる形状であればよい。
嵌合部41cは、図1における断面円形状に設けられており、断面の直径が均一となるように形成されている。なお、嵌合部41cは、断面の直径が均一となるように形成されているが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば中央部において、断面の直径が拡大されるように形成された段部を有してもよい。
先端部42dは、固定装置3の連通部32に挿入される部分であり、その外周面に雄ネジ部42cが設けられる。なお、各図面においては、雄ネジ部42cのネジ山等の図示は省略している。
次に、保持機構組立体1の組立方法について、図1から図3を用いて説明する。
なお、上記の組立手順は一例であり、連通部32の雌ネジ部323bに対してネジ部材42の雄ネジ部42cを螺合させるまでの組立手順は特に限定されない。

Claims (4)
- 一端側が体内に配置され、他端側が体外に配置される、チューブ状の挿通部材と、
生体の皮下において固定される固定部、及び、前記挿通部材が挿通される連通部を有する固定装置と、
前記連通部に設けられ、前記固定装置に前記挿通部材を液密に保持させる保持構造とを備えた保持機構組立体であって、
前記連通部は、前記固定装置が皮下に固定されたときに生体の外部側に向かって開口する第一開口部と、前記固定装置が皮下に固定されたときに生体の内部側に向かって開口する第二開口部と、前記第一開口部と前記第二開口部との間に形成された連通路とを有し、
前記連通路の、前記保持構造に対して前記第二開口部側において、前記連通路を画定する前記連通部の内壁と前記挿通部材の外面との間に、空間が形成されており、
前記挿通部材の外面は、細胞を誘導可能な繊維によって被覆された被覆領域と、前記繊維によって被覆されていない非被覆領域とを有し、
前記被覆領域および前記非被覆領域は、前記挿通部材の軸方向に分離して設けられた前記挿通部材の外面の領域であり、
前記連通路のうち、前記保持構造と前記第二開口部との間には、前記挿通部材の前記非被覆領域が延びている、保持機構組立体。 - 前記非被覆領域は平滑な湾曲面によって構成されている、請求項1に記載の保持機構組立体。
- 前記固定装置に挿通された前記挿通部材は、前記第二開口部に対して体内側の、細胞を定着させることが可能な所定の領域に、前記被覆領域が配置されるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の保持機構組立体。
- 前記被覆領域は多孔質状に形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の保持機構組立体。
