Claims (10)
- 溶接トーチと、
ワイヤノズルと、
前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルとを所定間隔を空けて支持する支持台と、
前記支持台を前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルとの配列方向に沿った第1支持軸を中心として回動可能に支持する第1支持機構と、
を備え、
前記第1支持軸に直交すると共に前記溶接トーチの軸方向に直交する方向に沿った第2支持軸を中心として前記支持台が回動するように前記第1支持機構を回動可能に支持する第2支持機構が設けられる、
溶接装置。 - 前記第1支持軸は、前記溶接トーチの軸方向に直交する方向に沿って配置される請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 溶接トーチと、
ワイヤノズルと、
前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルとを所定間隔を空けて支持する支持台と、
前記支持台を前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルとの配列方向に沿った第1支持軸を中心として回動可能に支持する第1支持機構と、
を備え、
前記支持台を前記溶接トーチの軸方向に沿った第3支持軸の軸方向に移動可能に支持する第3支持機構が設けられる、
溶接装置。 - 前記第3支持機構は、前記第1支持機構と前記支持台の上端部との間に配置される請求項3に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記第3支持機構は、前記溶接トーチの軸方向に沿って配置されるモータと、前記溶接トーチの軸方向に沿うと共に前記モータに隣接して配置されるねじ軸と、前記モータの回転力を前記ねじ軸に伝達する伝達機構とを有する請求項4に記載の溶接装置。
- 溶接トーチと、
ワイヤノズルと、
前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルとを所定間隔を空けて支持する支持台と、
前記支持台を前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルとの配列方向に沿った第1支持軸を中心として回動可能に支持する第1支持機構と、
を備え、
案内部に前記支持台を前記溶接トーチの軸方向に沿った第4支持軸を中心として回動可能に支持する第4支持機構が設けられる、
溶接装置。 - 前記案内部は、前記支持台を少なくとも直交する3軸方向に移動可能な第5支持機構が設けられる請求項6に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルと前記支持台と前記第1支持機構は、前記第1支持軸の軸方向および前記溶接トーチの軸方向に沿った面に対して面対称である請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記第1支持機構と前記第2支持機構を独立して制御する制御装置が設けられる請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 溶接トーチと、
ワイヤノズルと、
前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルを支持する支持台と、
を備える溶接装置において、
前記支持台を前記溶接トーチと前記ワイヤノズルとの配列方向に沿った第1支持軸を中心として基準位置から一方側に所定角度だけ回動して溶接を行う工程と、
前記支持台を前記第1支持軸を中心として基準位置から他方側に所定角度だけ回動して溶接を行う工程と、
を有する溶接方法。
