Description
2サイクルクロスヘッド型のエンジン(大型船舶用固定エンジン)に関する、エンジンのピストンロッドパッキン箱から出る配管系、エンジンの掃気空間及びピストン下側空間から出る排液配管、及びエンジンの掃気溜めから出る排液配管に固定装着されている回転可撓心なし螺旋状オーガーを有する自動洗浄システム。この自動洗浄システムは、配管系に固定装着されている心なし可撓オーガーを有することを特徴とする。更に、主移送トラフにおいて、配管は、心なし可撓オーガーの中空部分、及びオーガーと管の内径との間の空間に流れる液体(油又は水)の自由流れであることを特徴とする。更に、この自動洗浄システムは、可撓螺旋状オーガーが装着されているエンジンと無関係に可撓螺旋状オーガーの回転速度を調整する可能性を有することを特徴とする。
Claims (12)
- エンジンのピストンロッドパッキン箱から出る配管系、前記エンジンの掃気空間及びピストン下側空間から出る排液配管、前記エンジンの掃気溜めから出る排液配管に固定装着されている回転可撓心なし螺旋状オーガーを有する自動洗浄システムであって、
前記配管系に固定装着されている心なし可撓螺旋状オーガーを有し、主移送トラフにおいて、前記配管は、前記心なし可撓オーガーの中空部分、及び前記オーガーと管の内径との間の空間に流れる液体の自由流れであることを特徴とする、自動洗浄システム。 - 軸封部は、加圧配管で機能することができるように装着されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 固体及び低速流材料を沈殿させて収集する取り外し可能な沈殿パンは、統合されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 固体及び低速流材料を沈殿させて収集する取り外し可能な沈殿パンは、統合されている、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 警報用の警報出力を有し、警報を発する電子回転監視デバイスは、統合されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記オーガーを駆動する手段は、電気モーター/アクチュエーターである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記オーガーを駆動する手段は、液圧モーター/アクチュエーターである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記オーガーを駆動する手段は、空気圧モーター/アクチュエーターである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記オーガーを駆動する手段は、機械デバイス/アクチュエーターである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記オーガーを駆動する手段は、手動起動である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記エンジンは、2サイクルクロスヘッド型のエンジンである、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 可撓螺旋状オーガーの回転速度は、前記可撓螺旋状オーガーが装着されている前記エンジンと無関係に調整できる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
