Description
Claims (7)
- 逆浸透エレメントのフィードスペーサにおいて、
複数のストランドが一定の交差点を有する網形状に形成され、
前記ストランドの垂直断面は菱形状であり、
前記複数のストランドの一部は、原水の流れ方向に対して傾斜方向に一定間隔平行に配置され、残りのストランドは、交差点が形成できるように傾斜方向と対称の逆傾斜方向に一定間隔平行に配置され、これにより前記網形状が平行四辺形に形成され、
前記原水の流れ方向に対する前記平行四辺形の角度は80゜以下であり、
前記ストランドの交差点間の長さがすべて同一であり、
前記フィードスペーサの厚さは一定であり、
前記ストランドの交差点間の長さは2~5mmであり、
前記フィードスペーサの厚さは0.5~2.0mmであり、
前記ストランドの交差点間の長さと前記フィードスペーサの厚さとの比が増加するほど、前記逆浸透エレメントの差圧が減少する、
逆浸透エレメント差圧減少フィードスペーサ。 - 前記ストランドは、
2層構造に網を形成する、
請求項1に記載の逆浸透エレメント差圧減少フィードスペーサ。 - フィードスペーサ形成ノズルにおいて、
請求項1又は2に記載の前記逆浸透エレメント差圧減少フィードスペーサを形成する、
逆浸透エレメント差圧減少フィードスペーサ形成ノズル。 - 前記フィードスペーサ形成ノズルは、
二重構造のノズルで形成される、
請求項3に記載の逆浸透エレメント差圧減少フィードスペーサ形成ノズル。 - 前記フィードスペーサ形成ノズルは、
1つ以上の菱形状のスロットが形成された、
請求項3または4に記載の逆浸透エレメント差圧減少フィードスペーサ形成ノズル。 - 前記フィードスペーサ形成ノズルは、
前記スロット間の長さを調節できる、
