Description
なお、以下の記載のおいて周期表のX族金属を単にX族金属とも記す。
(a)ゼオライトを調製するための化合物及びソフトテンプレート(soft template)を含む溶液を調製する工程;
(b)工程(a)で得られた混合物に、所定の時間及び温度で水熱プロセスを施して、前記混合物を階層型ゼオライトへと形成させる工程;及び
(c)工程(b)で得られた階層型ゼオライトをX族金属(1又は複数)塩の溶液に接触させる工程
によって調製することができ、
ここで、工程(a)におけるソフトテンプレートは第四級ホスホニウム塩であり、工程(c)におけるX族の金属(1又は複数)塩は、ゼオライトに対して0.3~5質量%のX族の金属(1又は複数)を含む。
本発明による触媒は、以下の方法により調製される。
アルミニウムイソプロポキシド、テトラエチルオルトシリケートを含む溶液を、シリカ対アルミナの決定したモル比で調製した。テトラブチルホスホニウムヒドロキシド(水酸化テトラブチルホスホニウム)をゼオライトのためのテンプレートとして用いた。次に、得られた混合物を、約130~180℃の温度にて約2~4日間、水熱処理して、前記の混合物を階層型ゼオライトに変換した。
Hensenら(Catalysis Today, 2011, 168, 96-111)によって開示された方法に従って合成された、アルミナに対するシリカのモル比が約120で得られたZSM-5ゼオライトを、上述した方法によって白金塩溶液と接触させた。
その組成としてアルミナなしで、Hensenら(Catalysis Today, 2011, 168, 96-111)によって開示された方法に従って合成されたZSM-5ゼオライトを、上述した方法によって白金塩溶液と接触させた。
本発明によるサンプルCat 1を上述した本発明の方法によって調製したが、アルミナに対するシリカのモル比120を用い、上述した方法によって白金塩溶液と接触させた。
本発明による試料Cat 2を上述した本発明の方法によって調製したが、調製工程で使用するアルミナを用いず、上述した方法によって白金塩溶液と接触させた。
脱水素化試験は、以下の条件で行うことができる。
脱水素化は、約0.2gの触媒を使用する固定床反応で行なった。反応前に、触媒を、窒素中の約2~10体積%の水素と約10~50mL/分の流速で約1~3時間接触させた。次に、2~5個の炭素原子を有するアルカンを約1~3g/時間の流速で供給した。 反応は、約450~550℃の温度にて大気圧で、約5時間-1の重量空間速度(WHSV)で行った。
本発明の最良の形態は、本発明の説明に提供されているとおりである。
Claims (18)
- 2~5個の炭素原子を有するアルカンの脱水素によってオレフィンを製造するための触媒であって、300より大きいシリカ対アルミナ(SiO2/Al2O3)モル比及びゼオライトの総質量に対して0.3~5質量%の範囲の周期表のX族金属(1又は複数)を有する階層型ゼオライトナノシートを含み、
前記階層型ゼオライトナノシートが、0.4~0.6nmの範囲の細孔直径を有するミクロ細孔、2~50nmの範囲の細孔直径を有するメソ細孔、及び50nmより大きな細孔直径を有するマクロ細孔を含み、ここで、メソ細孔及びマクロ細孔が、総細孔体積に対して60%以上であることを特徴とする、触媒。 - 前記階層型ゼオライトナノシートが、0.4~0.6nmの範囲の細孔直径を有するミクロ細孔、20~40nmの範囲の細孔直径を有するメソ細孔、及び50nmより大きな細孔直径を有するマクロ細孔を含み、ここで、メソ細孔及びマクロ細孔が、総細孔体積に対して75%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 周期表のX族金属(1又は複数)が、白金、パラジウム、及びニッケルから選択される、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 周期表のX族金属が白金である、請求項3に記載の触媒。
- ゼオライトがシリカライトである、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 触媒がゼオライトの総質量に対して0.5~2質量%の周期表のX族金属(1又は複数)を含む、請求項1、3、及び4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 以下の工程:
(a)ゼオライトを調製するための化合物及びソフトテンプレートを含む溶液を調製する工程;
(b)工程(a)で得られた混合物に、130~180℃の範囲の温度で水熱プロセスを施して、前記混合物を階層型ゼオライトへと形成させる工程;及び
(c)工程(b)で得られた階層型ゼオライトを周期表のX族金属(1又は複数)塩の溶液に接触させる工程
を含み、
ここで、工程(a)におけるソフトテンプレートは第四級ホスホニウム塩であり、工程(c)における周期表のX族の金属(1又は複数)塩は、ゼオライトに対して0.3~5質量%の周期表のX族の金属(1又は複数)を含む、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒を製造する方法。 - ゼオライトを調製するための化合物が、アルミニウムイソプロポキシド、アルミン酸ナトリウム、及び硫酸アルミニウムから選択されるアルミナと、オルトケイ酸テトラエチル、ケイ酸ナトリウム、又はシリカゲルから選択されるシリカ化合物との混合物である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ゼオライトを調製するための化合物が、オルトケイ酸テトラエチル、ケイ酸ナトリウム、又はシリカゲルから選択されるシリカ化合物である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第四級ホスホニウム塩が、テトラブチルホスホニウムヒドロキシド及びトリブチルヘキサデシルホスホニウムブロミドから選択されるテトラアルキルホスホニウム塩である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第四級ホスホニウム塩がテトラブチルホスホニウムヒドロキシドである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、ゼオライトの総質量に対して、0.5~2質量%の割合の周期表のX族金属(1又は複数)を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 周期表のX族金属の塩(1又は複数)が、白金塩、パラジウム塩、及びニッケル塩から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
