Description
初めに、本発明の実施の形態にかかる燃料噴射制御装置82が設けられる制御装置1及び、この制御装置1により制御される内燃機関100を説明する。内燃機関100は、単気筒でも複数気筒を有するものでもよいが、実施の形態では、4気筒を有する内燃機関100の各気筒150に設けられた筒内圧センサ140の出力信号を補正する場合を例示して説明する。
ここで、燃料噴射装置400の具体的な構成を説明する。
図3は、筒内圧センサ140の構造を説明する概略図である。
次に、制御装置1のハードウェアの全体構成を説明する。
次に、制御装置1の機能構成を説明する。
全体制御部81は、アクセルポジションセンサ126と、筒内圧センサ140(CPS)に接続されており、アクセルポジションセンサ126からの要求トルク(加速信号S1)と、筒内圧センサ140からの出力信号S2とを受け付ける。
点火制御部83は、全体制御部81のほか、気筒判別部84と、角度情報生成部85と、回転数情報生成部86と、負荷情報生成部88と、水温計測部89とに接続されており、これらからの各情報を受け付ける。
燃料噴射制御部82は、内燃機関100の各気筒150を判別する気筒判別部84と、クランクシャフト123のクランク角を計測する角度情報生成部85と、エンジン回転数を計測する回転数情報生成部86と、に接続されており、気筒判別部84からの気筒判別情報S3と、角度情報生成部85からのクランク角度情報S4と、回転数情報生成部86からのエンジン回転数情報S5と、を受け付ける。
次に、実施の形態にかかる制御装置1を適用した内燃機関100(車両用筒内噴射式4気筒ガソリンエンジン)の要部構成を説明する。
図6は、各気筒150の配列を説明する平面図である。
次に、実施の形態にかかる筒内圧センサ140の出力信号S2の補正方法を説明する。
よって、燃料噴射装置400Cでは、プランジャロッド410の閉弁方向の移動により完全に閉弁するまでに一定時間を要する。
よって、燃料噴射装置400Aでは、プランジャロッド410の閉弁方向の移動により完全に閉弁するまでに一定時間を要する。
Claims (2)
- 燃焼室の筒内圧を検出する筒内圧センサと燃料噴射装置とを有する内燃機関の制御装置であって、
所定の補正期間における前記筒内圧センサの出力信号を補正し、当該補正した出力信号に基づいて前記内燃機関の制御を行う補正処理部を有し、
前記補正期間は、前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射パルスの開始タイミングから前記燃料噴射装置の駆動が停止して前記筒内圧センサの出力信号の変動周期が判定閾値を超えて高くなるタイミングまでの第1の補正期間を含み、
前記補正処理部は、
前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射パルスの開始タイミングにおける前記筒内圧センサの出力信号に、前記第1の補正期間における前記筒内圧センサの出力信号を置き換える補正をする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、複数の気筒を有すると共に、当該複数の気筒の各々に前記燃料噴射装置と、前記筒内圧センサと、が設けられており、
前記内燃機関は、少なくとも圧縮行程と、膨張行程とを有し、
前記補正期間は、前記複数の気筒のうち、他の気筒に設けられた前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射パルスの開始タイミングと、当該燃料噴射パルスの終了タイミングとの間である第2の補正期間を含み、
前記第2の前記補正期間は、前記圧縮行程または前記膨張行程に位置しており、
前記補正処理部は、
前記他の気筒に設けられた前記燃料噴射装置の前記燃料噴射パルスの終了タイミングまでのクランク角度の変化から算出した一の気筒の容積の変化に基づいて、状態方程式を用いて算出した圧力値に、前記第2の補正期間における前記一の気筒に設けられた前記筒内圧センサの出力信号を置き換える補正をする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
