Description
Claims (14)
- 弁輪形成インプラント(100)であって、
複数の個別ワイヤ(101、102、103)と、
ロッキングユニット(107、107')とを備え、
前記複数の個別ワイヤは、少なくとも3本のワイヤであり、
前記複数の個別ワイヤはそれぞれ、前記インプラントの対向する第1及び第2端部(104、105)の間で前記インプラントの長手方向(106)に延び、且つ前記長手方向に延びる回転軸の周りで独立して回転可能であり、
前記ロッキングユニットは、前記第1及び前記第2端部の少なくとも1つに配置され、
前記ロッキングユニットは、ロック構造(108)を備え、
前記ロック構造は、前記複数の個別ワイヤに接続され、前記第1及び前記第2端部の少なくとも1つにおいて前記複数の個別ワイヤを共に纏め、
前記ロック構造は、前記ロック構造内部における前記複数の個別ワイヤの少なくとも2本の間で相対運動を可能にするよう構成され、
前記相対運動が回転運動である、
弁輪形成インプラント。 - 請求項1に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記相対運動が前記長手方向の摺動運動である、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記ロック構造が、第1ワイヤ(101)などの前記複数の個別ワイヤの少なくとも1つと接触する摺動面(110)を備え、それにより、前記第1ワイヤが前記複数の個別ワイヤの他の何れか(102、103)に対して運動可能な、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項3に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記摺動面が、インターロック接続のために前記第1ワイヤの対応するあわせ面(112)と係合する凹部又は突起(111)を備え、前記インターロック接続によって、前記長手方向における前記第1ワイヤの所定の制限された移動距離(113)が可能となる、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項4に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記摺動面の前記突起(111)が、前記あわせ面よりも短い長手方向寸法を有する、又は前記摺動面の前記凹部が、前記あわせ面よりも長い長手方向寸法を有する、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項3から5の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記複数の個別ワイヤがそれぞれ、対応する摺動面(110、110'、110'')と係合し、前記摺動面がそれぞれ、前記複数の個別ワイヤ間の相対運動を可能にする、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項1から6の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記ロック構造が、前記複数の個別ワイヤ各々のワイヤ端部(115、116、117)を囲む中空部(114)を備える、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項7に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記中空部が、前記長手方向に垂直な半径方向(109)における規定距離(118)の間隔を空けて前記複数の個別ワイヤ各々を保持するよう形作られている、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項8に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記中空部がテーパ状空隙119を備え、前記テーパ状空隙119が、前記ワイヤ端部の少なくとも1つを囲み且つ前記ロッキングユニットの周囲から半径方向内側に狭くなるよう先細りになっている、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項4に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記複数の個別ワイヤがそれぞれ、前記複数の個別ワイヤの端部に取り付けられている接続要素(120、121、122)に形成されたあわせ面(112、112'、112'')を備える、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項3を引用する請求項7に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記中空部が前記摺動面を備える、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項1から7の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記ロッキングユニットが、デリバリーツールとインターロックするよう構成された凹部又は突起(123)を備える、弁輪形成インプラント。
- 請求項1から12の何れかに記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、
前記インプラントがカテーテルでデリバリー可能なリング(100)を備え、
前記リングは、カテーテル内で前進するために細長いデリバリー構造と、心臓弁輪に配置されるために形状記憶材料の所定構造をとった移植形状とを有し、
前記リングが前記細長いデリバリー構造から前記所定構造に移行する際、前記複数の個別ワイヤのうちの少なくとも1本が前記ロッキングユニット内で回転する、
弁輪形成インプラント。 - 請求項13に記載の弁輪形成インプラントであって、前記移植形状の前記リングが、第1支持部材(124)及び第2支持部材(125)を備え、前記第1支持部材(124)及び第2支持部材(125)が、コイル状構造に配置され且つ元々の心臓弁小葉の表裏両面に配置されて前記小葉を挟むのに適している、弁輪形成インプラント。
