Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る間欠塗工装置の模式図である。間欠塗工装置1は、ダイ2と、第1間欠バルブ22Aおよび第2間欠バルブ22Bと、第1タンク6Aおよび第2タンク6Bと、第1ポンプ8Aおよび第2ポンプ8Bと、第1送り管路10Aおよび第2送り管路10Bと、第1戻し管路12Aおよび第2戻し管路12Bと、第1ダイ供給管路14Aおよび第2ダイ供給管路14Bと、を備える。
実施の形態2は、ダイ供給管路の配置を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。図4は、実施の形態2に係る間欠塗工装置の模式図である。図4では、制御装置100の図示を省略している。
実施の形態3は、2つの間欠バルブにおいてタンク、ポンプおよび送り管路を共通化した点を除き、実施の形態2と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態について実施の形態1および2と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。図6は、実施の形態3に係る間欠塗工装置の模式図である。図6では、制御装置100の図示を省略している。

Claims (5)
- 被塗工体に塗料を塗布するダイであって、前記塗料の吐出口、および前記吐出口に連通するマニホールドを有するダイと、
前記ダイへ前記塗料を供給する第1状態、および前記供給を停止する第2状態を切り替え可能な第1間欠バルブおよび第2間欠バルブと、
前記第1間欠バルブおよび前記マニホールドを接続する第1ダイ供給管路と、
前記第2間欠バルブおよび前記マニホールドを接続する第2ダイ供給管路と、を備え、
前記第1間欠バルブおよび前記第2間欠バルブは、前記第1状態および前記第2状態の切り替えタイミングが互いに異なり、
前記第1ダイ供給管路および前記第2ダイ供給管路は、互いに合流することなく同じ前記マニホールドに接続される、間欠塗工装置。 - 前記第1状態にある前記第1間欠バルブが前記第2状態に切り替わった所定時間後に、前記第2状態にある前記第2間欠バルブが前記第1状態に切り替わり、
前記第1状態にある前記第2間欠バルブが前記第2状態に切り替わった所定時間後に、前記第2状態にある前記第1間欠バルブが前記第1状態に切り替わる、請求項1に記載の間欠塗工装置。 - 前記塗料を貯留する第1タンクおよび第2タンクと、
前記第1タンクから前記第1間欠バルブに前記塗料を送る第1ポンプと、
前記第2タンクから前記第2間欠バルブに前記塗料を送る第2ポンプと、を備える、請求項1または2に記載の間欠塗工装置。 - 前記塗料を貯留するタンクと、
同じタンクから前記第1間欠バルブおよび前記第2間欠バルブの両方に前記塗料を送るポンプと、を備える、請求項1または2に記載の間欠塗工装置。 - 前記被塗工体は、二次電池の集電体であり、
前記塗料は、二次電池の電極スラリーである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の間欠塗工装置。
