Description
電気絶縁性の基材(21)と、基材に形成された導電性の配線(22)と、基材の表面から裏面に貫通し配線の一部が配置された貫通穴(31~35)とが形成されており、多数個取基板から分割された配線基板(20)と、
配線基板に実装され、配線と電気的に接続された表面実装構造の回路部品(50~53、50a~52a、50b~52b、110~112、120、210~212、220)と、を備え、
配線基板は、側壁に多数個取基板から分割するために切断された切断部(41~45)が形成されており、貫通穴が、切断部との間に回路部品が配置されることなく切断部と隣り合って形成されており、
記貫通穴は、外部機器の挿入端子である信号系端子と電源系端子とが挿入されるものであり、電源系端子が挿入される貫通穴は複数の切断部間に対向配置され、信号系端子が挿入される貫通穴は切断部と対向配置され、電源系端子が挿入される貫通穴よりも多く設けられている。
図1~図7に基づいて本実施形態に係る電動パワーステアリング装置100を説明する。本実施形態では、一例として、本開示の電子装置に相当するECU10を電動パワーステアリング装置100に適用した例を採用する。しかしながら、本開示は、これに限定されず、電動パワーステアリング装置100とは異なる装置に適用することができる。
変形例の駆動装置1aは、図8に示すように、完全冗長構成のECU10aを有している。ECU10aは、第1系統用の第1CPU50a、第1コンデンサ51a、第1コイル52aが実装され、且つ、第2系統用の第2CPU50b、第2コンデンサ51b、第2コイル52bが実装された配線基板20を有している。また、ECU10aは、ASIC53に関しても、第1系統用のものと、第2系統用のものが配線基板20のモータ面S1に実装されている。よって、配線基板20は、モータ60を駆動するための駆動回路として、第1系統用の駆動回路と、第2系統用の駆動回路とが構成されている。
Claims (5)
- 電気絶縁性の基材(21)と、前記基材に形成された導電性の配線(22)と、前記基材の表面から裏面に貫通し前記配線の一部が配置された貫通穴(31~34)とが形成されており、多数個取基板から分割された配線基板(20)と、
前記配線基板に実装され、前記配線と電気的に接続された表面実装構造の回路部品(50~53、50a~52a、50b~52b、110~112、120、210~212、220)と、を備え、
前記配線基板は、側壁に前記多数個取基板から分割するために切断された切断部(41~44)が形成されており、前記貫通穴が、前記切断部との間に前記回路部品が配置されることなく前記切断部と隣り合って形成されており、
前記貫通穴は、外部機器の挿入端子である信号系端子と電源系端子とが挿入されるものであり、前記電源系端子が挿入される前記貫通穴は複数の前記切断部間に対向配置され、前記信号系端子が挿入される前記貫通穴は前記切断部と対向配置され、前記電源系端子が挿入される前記貫通穴よりも多く設けられている電子装置。 - 前記回路部品は、前記配線基板に実装されて、前記外部機器としてのモータ(60)を駆動する駆動回路を構成しており、
前記貫通穴には、前記挿入端子として前記モータの端子が挿入されている請求項1に記載の電子装置。 - 前記モータは、複数の巻線組を含んでおり、
前記回路部品は、前記配線基板に実装されて、複数の前記巻線組ごとに設けられた前記駆動回路を構成しており、
前記貫通穴には、前記端子として、前記巻線組の各巻線に接続された複数の巻線端子が挿入されている請求項2に記載の電子装置。 - 前記貫通穴には、各駆動回路に個別に対応した前記電源系端子としての電源端子およびグランド端子が挿入されている請求項3に記載の電子装置。
- 前記切断部は、周辺よりも突出した部位を含んでいる請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電子装置。
