Description
前記一体押出成形体は、前記接合面に隣接し前記組み立て時に外側に露出する露出面及び前記接合面の間に形成される縁端同士が密着し、前記組立て時に各一体押出成形体の露出面が前記縁端間で段差なく連続する形状をなし、
前記被覆層は、前記露出面から前記縁端を通って前記接合面に到達し、前記接合面の少なくとも一部を被覆するように形成され、
前記複数の一体押出成形体の芯材を固定する固定部材を有し、
前記組み合わせ時における各一体押出成形体の前記被覆層の表面は、一体的に形成されたサンディング加工部であることを特徴とする、一体押出成形体の組立体を提供する。
前記被覆層は、前記接合面に位置する端部が前記被覆層保護リブにより外部からの接触が防止されていることを特徴とする、第1または第2態様の一体押出成形体の組立体を提供する。
前記被覆層を、前記露出面から前記縁端を通って前記接合面に到達するように形成し、
前記複数の一体押出成形体を、前記接合面同士が対向し、且つ前記露出面が前記縁端で段差なく連続した状態に固定し、
前記固定後に、前記連続した露出面に配置された各一体押出成形体の被覆層の表面を、一体的にサンディング加工して、前記一体押出成形体の端縁間の境界を隠蔽することを特徴とする、一体押出成形体の組立体の製造方法を提供する。

Claims (8)
- 金属製の芯材の表面の一部に木粉を含有する合成樹脂製の被覆層を有する一体押出成形体を互いの接合面同士を対向させて複数個組み合わせた一体押出成形体の組立体であって、
前記一体押出成形体は、前記接合面に隣接し組み合わせ時に外側に露出する露出面及び前記接合面の間に形成される縁端同士が密着し、前記組み合わせ時に各一体押出成形体の前記露出面が前記縁端間で段差なく連続する形状をなし、
前記被覆層は、前記露出面から前記縁端を通って前記接合面に到達し、前記接合面の少なくとも一部を被覆するように形成され、
前記複数の一体押出成形体の芯材を固定する固定部材を有し、
前記組み合わせ時における各一体押出成形体の前記被覆層の表面は、一体的に形成されたサンディング加工部であることを特徴とする、一体押出成形体の組立体。 - 前記一体押出成形体は、前記被覆層と前記芯材との間に接着層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一体押出成形体の組立体。
- 前記一体押出成形体の芯材は、それぞれの前記接合面の前記縁端からの奥行き距離が異なる位置に、前記被覆層の端部の剥離防止用の被覆層保護リブを、有し、
前記被覆層は、前記接合面に位置する端部が前記被覆層保護リブにより外部からの接触が防止されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の一体押出成形体の組立体。 - 前記接合面は、前記縁端から厚み方向中央部に向かって接触部が設けられ、前記接触部より厚み方向中央部に隙間部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の一体押出成形体の組立体。
- 前記一体押出成形体の被覆層が0.7~5mmの厚みを有し、前記接着層が0.05~0.5mmの厚みを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の一体押出成形体の組立体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の一体押出成形体の組立体からなる建築用部材。
- 金属製の芯材の表面の一部に木粉を含有する合成樹脂製の被覆層と有する複数の一体押出成形体を、使用時に外側に露出する露出面の縁端同士が密着するように互いの接合面同士を対向させて組み合わせた一体押出成形体の組立体の製造方法であって、
前記被覆層を、前記露出面から前記縁端を通って前記接合面に到達するように形成し、
前記複数の一体押出成形体を、前記接合面同士が対向し、且つ前記露出面が前記縁端で段差なく連続した状態に固定し、
前記固定後に、前記連続した露出面に配置された各一体押出成形体の被覆層の表面を、一体的にサンディング加工して、前記一体押出成形体の端縁間の境界を隠蔽することを特徴とする、一体押出成形体の組立体の製造方法。 - 前記サンディング加工は、前記露出面の縁端に沿った方向に行うことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の一体押出成形体の組立体の製造方法。
