Description
FPCコネクタと回路基板を備え、
前記FPCコネクタは、内にソケットが設けられ、前記ソケット内に複数の挿入孔が開設される絶縁プラスチックベースと、
頂板、底板及び接続板を備え、前記接続板は前記頂板と前記底板の後端部との間に設けられ、前記ケースは対向する2つの第1側及び対向する2つの第2側を有し、前記底板は、2つの第1側からそれぞれ延出する第1の折り曲げ固定アーム及び第2の折り曲げ固定アームを備えるケースと、
前記挿入孔に挿着接続される接続端子と、
前記ソケットに挿着接続されるフレキシブルフラットケーブルとを備え、
前記回路基板は前記FPCコネクタの外部輪郭に適合する取付口が開設される、FPCコネクタ取付構造であって、
前記回路基板が前記FPCコネクタに挿入され、前記FPCコネクタが前記取付口に当接すると、前記回路基板と前記第1の折り曲げ固定アーム及び前記第2の折り曲げ固定アームとの溶接によって前記FPCコネクタと前記回路基板との間の接続及び固定が実現される、FPCコネクタ取付構造。

Claims (7)
- FPCコネクタと回路基板を備え、
前記FPCコネクタは、内にソケットが設けられ、前記ソケット内に複数の挿入孔が開設される絶縁プラスチックベースと、
頂板、底板及び接続板を備えるケースであって、前記接続板は前記頂板と前記底板の後端部との間に設けられ、前記ケースは対向する2つの第1側及び対向する2つの第2側を有し、前記底板は、2つの第1側からそれぞれ延出する第1の折り曲げ固定アーム及び第2の折り曲げ固定アームを備えるケースと、
前記挿入孔に挿着接続される接続端子と、
前記ソケットに挿着接続されるフレキシブルフラットケーブルとを備え、
前記回路基板は前記FPCコネクタの外部輪郭に適合する取付口が開設される、FPCコネクタ取付構造であって、
前記回路基板が前記FPCコネクタに挿入され、前記FPCコネクタが前記取付口に当接すると、前記回路基板と前記第1の折り曲げ固定アーム及び前記第2の折り曲げ固定アームとの溶接によって前記FPCコネクタと前記回路基板との間の接続及び固定が実現され、
前記底板は、前記回路基板に近い一方の第2側から外へ延出する少なくとも2つの接地溶接片をさらに備え、前記接地溶接片は前記回路基板に溶接され、前記第1側の延在方向は前記回路基板の挿入方向と同じであり、
前記接地溶接片は弾性折曲部をさらに備え、前記弾性折曲部は、前記接地溶接片の末端が前記底板の長手方向に沿って折り曲げられて形成される、FPCコネクタ取付構造。 - 前記底板は、前記底板の長手方向に沿って配置される複数の接地弾性片をさらに備え、前記接地弾性片は前記フレキシブルフラットケーブルに溶接固定される、請求項1に記載のFPCコネクタ取付構造。
- 前記頂板は、前記回路基板から離れる一方の第2側から前記底板に向かって延出した第1の係止アーム及び第2の係止アームをさらに備え、前記第1の係止アーム及び/又は第2の係止アームの末端は前記頂板に向かって延出して少なくとも2つの係止部が形成され、前記係止部は、前記フレキシブルフラットケーブルに開設される少なくとも2つの取付溝に嵌合する、請求項1又は2に記載のFPCコネクタ取付構造。
- 前記係止部の前記回路基板から離れる端に傾斜部が設けられ、前記傾斜部の傾斜方向は前記フレキシブルフラットケーブルの挿入方向と同じである、請求項3に記載のFPCコネクタ取付構造。
- 前記底板は、前記回路基板から離れる一方の第2側から外へ延出する複数の固定爪をさらに備え、前記絶縁プラスチックベースには、前記固定爪に嵌合するスライド溝が開設される、請求項3に記載のFPCコネクタ取付構造。
- 前記固定爪は、前記固定爪の対応する両側から延出する突起を備える、請求項5に記載のFPCコネクタ取付構造。
- 前記頂板は、前記回路基板から離れる一方の第2側から前記底板に向かって延出する引っ掛け部をさらに備え、前記絶縁プラスチックベースには、前記引っ掛け部に嵌合する凹部が開設される、請求項3に記載のFPCコネクタ取付構造。
