Claims (2)
- 被塗装物を塗装位置に支持する支持手段と、
前記被塗装物を接地させるために前記被塗装物に接続された接地手段と、
前記接地手段によって接地された前記被塗装物との間に電気力線を形成すると共に塗料に印加するための高電圧を出力する高電圧発生器を有し、高電圧に帯電した塗料を前記電気力線に沿って飛行させて前記塗装位置に配置された前記被塗装物を塗装する静電塗装機と、
を備えてなる静電塗装設備において、
前記高電圧発生器から出力された高電圧の値と、前記塗装位置に配置された前記被塗装物の1箇所ないし複数箇所の計測点に対して所定の離隔距離だけ離れた計測位置に塗料を噴霧していない前記静電塗装機を対向せしめ、一定の電流値をもって前記被塗装物との間に前記電気力線を形成したときの電圧値と、の差から前記被塗装物の異常を検出する異常検出部を備えていることを特徴とする静電塗装設備。 - 請求項1に記載の静電塗装設備において、
前記異常検出部は、前記被塗装物と前記静電塗装機との離隔距離の変化による電圧の変化によって、前記被塗装物の位置ずれ、あるいは表面形状の異常、あるいは接地不良等、いずれかの異常な状態になく、被塗装物が適切に静電塗装に供せる状態かどうかを検出することを特徴とする静電塗装設備。
