Claims (7)
- 砂層および/または鋳造耐火物層の少なくとも1つを備えるガラス固化収容器と、
一つ又は複数の温度センサ、ビデオカメラ、および圧力センサを備える二つ又は複数のセンサであって、前記一つ又は複数の温度センサが、電極シールの周囲の温度をモニタするために使用される、二つ又は複数のセンサと、
前記二つ又は複数のセンサからのデータを融合して融合データを生じさせるように構成された制御システムであって、
前記融合データに基づいてプロセス調整を自動的に実行し、さらに/または、手動調整のために前記融合データを操作者に表示する、制御システムと、
を備える、ガラス固化プロセス感知および制御システム。 - 接触センサ、非接触センサ、容量性センサ、誘導性センサ、撮像センサ、カメラ、熱撮像装置、温度計、圧力センサ、放射線検出器、LIDAR、マイクロフォンのうちの任意の一つ又は複数をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像センサは、3D撮像装置、2Dレンジセンサ、カメラ、熱撮像装置、放射線検出器のうちの一つ又は複数を備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記一つ又は複数のカメラは、固定された又はパン-チルト-ズーム型式の一つである、請求項2または3に記載のシステム。
- 接触センサ、非接触センサ、容量性センサ、誘導性センサ、撮像センサ、カメラ、熱撮像装置、温度計、圧力センサ、放射線検出器、LIDAR、マイクロフォンのうちの一つ又は複数からのデータは、リアルタイムで表示および/または記録される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 一つ又は複数の温度センサが、充填高さをモニタするために収容器の高さの下方に徐々に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ガラス固化プロセスの均一性をモニタするために、一つ又は複数の温度センサがガラス固化収容器内の重要な場所にある、請求項1に記載のシステム。
