Description
図1は、本実施形態のモータを上側から見た斜視図である。図2は、本実施形態のモータを下側から見た斜視図である。図3は、本実施形態のモータを示す断面図である。
図5に示すように、カシメダボ部150は、ステータコア31のうちコアバック31aに設けられている。カシメダボ部150は、周方向に60°間隔をあけて六つ設けられている。カシメダボ部150は、径方向でティース31bと重なる位置に設けられている。カシメダボ部150とティース31bとが径方向で重なることにより、プレス加工時のカシメダボ部150の強度低下を抑えることができる。
カシメダボ部150は、コアバック31aの内周面31dから径方向の内側(他方側)に突出する突部153を有する。コアバック31aの内周面31dは、ステータ支持筒部43の外周面43aと固定される面である。
カシメダボ部160は、ヨーク円筒部22aの外周面22cから径方向の外側に突出する突部(第2突部)163を有する。ヨーク円筒部22aの外周面22cは、ロータ外縁部26の内周面26aと固定される面である。
Claims (4)
- 中心軸を中心として回転するロータと、前記ロータと径方向に対向するステータと、を
備え、
前記ステータは、
環状のコアバックおよび前記コアバックから径方向に延びる複数のティースを有するステータコアと、
を有し、
前記ステータコアは、
複数の電磁鋼板を前記中心軸方向に重ねた積層鋼板と、
前記積層鋼板の表面を覆う第1防錆層と、
前記第1防錆層の表面を覆う第2防錆層と、
を有し、
前記第1防錆層は、含浸接着剤由来であり、
前記第2防錆層は、固体潤滑剤由来であり、
前記第2防錆層は、荷重が加わると横滑り現象を起こす多数の鱗片状の層であり、
前記複数のティースのそれぞれに径方向に取り付けられた複数のボビンと、
前記ボビンに巻かれるコイル線と、
を有し、
前記ボビンは、前記ティースに対して径方向に着脱可能である、
モータ。 - 前記複数の電磁鋼板は、前記含浸接着剤により互いに接着されて前記中心軸方向に重ねられている、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記ロータは、環状の円筒部および前記円筒部から径方向に突出する複数の突出部を有するヨークを有し、
前記ヨークは、
複数の電磁鋼板を前記中心軸方向に重ねた積層鋼板と、
前記積層鋼板の表面を覆う第3防錆層と、
前記第3防錆層の表面を覆う第4防錆層と、
を有し、
前記第3防錆層は、前記含浸接着剤由来であり、
前記第4防錆層は、前記固体潤滑剤由来である、
請求項1または2に記載のモータ。
- 前記複数の電磁鋼板は、前記含浸接着剤により互いに接着されて前記中心軸方向に重ねられている、請求項3に記載のモータ。
