Description
a)親水性シリカに基づく混合酸化物を少なくとも1種のIR不透明化剤と混合する工程;
b)工程a)で得られた混合物を緻密化して、親水性粒状材料を得る工程;
c)工程b)で製造された親水性粒状材料を200~1200℃の温度で熱処理する工程;
d)工程c)で熱処理された親水性粒状材料を疎水化剤で疎水化する工程
を含む、方法を提供する。

シリカ粒状材料Aの調製(比較例)
IR不透明化剤を含有する疎水化シリカ粒状材料の調製は、PCT/EP2018/051142号に従って実施された:
1000F炭化ケイ素(Carsimet)、製造業者:Keyvest、20質量%、およびAEROSIL(登録商標)200親水性シリカ(BET=200m2/g、製造業者:EVONIK Resource Efficiency GmbH)、80質量%を、Minox PSM 300 HN/1 MKプラウシェアミキサーを用いて混合した。
上記で製造されたAEROSIL(登録商標)200と炭化ケイ素との混合物を、Grenzebach緻密化ロール(Vacupress VP160/220)で緻密化した。得られた粒状材料のタップ密度を、接触圧力、ロール速度、および適用された減圧によって調整した。適用された真空は、絶対値で300ミリバール未満であった。ロール速度は、5rpmであり、圧力は、2000Nであった。
その後の熱硬化を、Schroeder Industrieoefen GmbH社製のXR 310チャンバーキルンで行った。この目的のために、高さ5cmまでの床を備えた複数の層を、温度プログラムに付した。温度ランプは、950℃の目標温度まで300K/hであり;保持時間は、3時間であり;次に、試料を除去するまで(能動的冷却を行わずに)冷却した。
熱硬化した粒状材料の最終的な疎水化を、気相全体にわたって高温で行った。この目的のために、国際公開第2013/013714号の実施例1からのプロセスに従って、疎水化剤としてヘキサメチルジシラザン(HMDS)を蒸発させ、これを減圧プロセスによって実施した。試験片をデシケーター内で100℃よりも高く加熱し、次いで排気した。その後、圧力が300ミリバールに上昇するまで、ガス状のHMDSをデシケーターに入れた。試料を空気でパージした後、これをデシケーターから取り出した。
所望の画分を得るために、熱硬化した粒状材料を、まず、メッシュサイズ3150μmを有する揺動式ふるい分け機(製造業者:FREWITT)に供給し、粒子の上限を確立し、したがってこの上限よりも大きな粒子を除去した。これに続いて、粒子画分、例えば200μm~1190μmまたは1190μm~3150μmの所望の分別を行った。これを、Sweco社製、モデルLS18Sの振動ふるいを使用して行った。200~1190μmの粒状材料Aのふるい画分の平均粒子径は、d50=580μmであった。
シリカ-アルミナ粒状材料Bを、シリカ粒状材料Aと同様に調製したが、原料のAEROSIL(登録商標)200をAEROSIL(登録商標)MOX 170(BET=170m2/gの約1質量%の酸化アルミニウムを含有する熱分解法シリカ-アルミナ混合酸化物、製造業者:EVONIK Resource Efficiency GmbH)に置き換え、焼結/硬化工程の焼結温度を850℃に下げたことが異なる。200~1190μmの粒状材料Bのふるい画分の平均粒子径は、d50=440μmであった。
バインダーA:Acronal Eco 6270(製造業者:BASF);アクリル官能化バインダー系。バインダーB:Coatosil DRI(製造業者:Momentive);シロキサン官能化バインダー系。
回転粘度計Brookfield DV2T Extraを使用して、配合物(バインダーと粒状材料との混合物)の動的粘度の測定を行った。スピンドルおよび回転速度を、マニュアルに示される粘度範囲に従って選択した。
配合物の調製:
直径9.5cmの円筒形ガラス容器にバインダー(276g)を充填し、プロペラスターラーを用いて600rpmで撹拌した。撹拌したバインダーに粒状材料(24g、ふるい画分200~1190μm)を徐々に加え、均一な混合物が得られるまで、すなわち、すべての粒状材料がバインダーとともに混合物に組み込まれるまで撹拌を続けた。
それらの調製直後にすべての試料の動粘度を測定した。不浸透性の蓋で試料を閉じ、さらにパラフィルムMホイルで密封した。このようにして閉じた試料を撹拌せずに2つの異なる温度(25℃および40℃)で貯蔵し、前述のように動的粘度の測定のために規定された貯蔵時間後に開き、さらに貯蔵するために再び閉じた。3週間、すべての試料を週に2回測定して、それらの増粘挙動を観察した。

ナイフミルGRINDOMIX GM 300(Retsch)を用いて2000rpmで粒状材料A(ふるい画分200~1190μm)を1分間粉砕し、平均粒子径d50=208μmの微粉末を得た。この粉末を、一般的な実験の説明に従って25℃でバインダーAを用いて試験した。
ナイフミルGRINDOMIX GM 300(Retsch)を用いて2000rpmで粒状材料B(ふるい画分200~1190μm)を1分間粉砕し、平均粒子径d50=158μmの微粉末を得た。この粉末を、一般的な実験の説明に従って25℃でバインダーAを用いて試験した。
Claims (13)
- シリカおよび少なくとも1種の金属MとしてのAlの酸化物に基づく熱分解法シリカ-アルミナ混合酸化物30~95質量%と、炭化ケイ素、二酸化ジルコニウム、イルメナイト、チタン酸鉄、ケイ酸ジルコニウム、マンガン酸化物、黒鉛、カーボンブラックおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のIR不透明化剤5~70質量%とを含み、前記混合酸化物中の金属Mの酸化物の含有量が0.1~10質量%である、疎水化粒状材料。
- 前記粒状材料が、メタノール/水の混合物中で、10体積%~80体積%のメタノールによるメタノール濡れ性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の疎水化粒状材料。
- 前記粒状材料が、10μmを上回る個数基準の中央値粒子径d50を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の疎水化粒状材料。
- 前記粒状材料が、200μmより小さい粒子を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の疎水化粒状材料。
- 前記疎水化粒状材料が、50~400m2/gのBET表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の疎水化粒状材料。
- 前記粒状材料が、50~300g/Lのタップ密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の疎水化粒状材料。
- 前記粒状材料が、0.3ミリモルOH/g以下のヒドロキシル基密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の疎水化粒状材料。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の疎水化粒状材料の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
a)親水性シリカに基づく混合酸化物を少なくとも1種のIR不透明化剤と混合する工程;
b)工程a)で得られた混合物を緻密化して、親水性粒状材料を得る工程;
c)工程b)で製造された前記親水性粒状材料を200~1200℃の温度で熱処理する工程;
d)工程c)で熱処理された前記親水性粒状材料を疎水化剤で疎水化する工程
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の疎水化粒状材料の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
a)親水性シリカに基づく混合酸化物を少なくとも1種のIR不透明化剤と混合する工程;
b)工程a)で得られた混合物を緻密化して、親水性粒状材料を得る工程;
c)工程b)で製造された前記親水性粒状材料をアンモニアにより処理する工程;
d)工程c)でアンモニアにより処理された前記親水性粒状材料を疎水化剤で疎水化する工程
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の疎水化粒状材料を含む、断熱組成物。
- (メタ)アクリレート、アルキド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アラビアゴム、カゼイン、植物油、ポリウレタン、シリコーン樹脂、シリコーンに基づく成分と他の有機成分とを含有するハイブリッド系、ワックス、セルロース接着剤およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の有機バインダーを含む、請求項10記載の断熱組成物。
- カルシウム石灰、ドロマイト石灰、石膏、無水石膏、水硬性石灰、セメント、石積みセメントおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の無機バインダーを含む、請求項10または11記載の断熱組成物。
- 断熱および/または防音のための、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の粒状材料の使用。
