Claims (10)
- 圧電効果を有する材料を含むセンサ素材層と、前記センサ素材層の上面に形成された第1の電極層と、前記センサ素材層の下面に形成された第2の電極層と、前記第1の電極層の上面に形成された絶縁層と、前記絶縁層の上面に形成された導電性の遮蔽層と、を含むシート状の振動センサ本体と、
前記振動センサ本体を覆う外装保護層と、
前記振動センサ本体の接続部に配置され、前記第1の電極層に接続された第1の取出し電極と、
前記振動センサ本体の前記接続部に配置され、前記第2の電極層に接続された第2の取出し電極と、
少なくとも前記遮蔽層の開口部を覆って前記遮蔽層とは別の導電性の遮蔽部材とを備え、
前記絶縁層及び前記遮蔽層は、前記接続部において、前記第1の電極層の表面を露出させる開口部を有し、
前記第1の取出し電極の一端は、前記開口部を介して、前記第1の電極層を貫通することなく前記第1の電極層の表面に接続され、前記第1の取出し電極の他端は前記外装保護層の外側に配置され、
前記第2の取出し電極の一端は、前記第2の電極層を貫通することなく前記第2の電極層の表面に接続され、前記第2の取出し電極の他端は前記外装保護層の外側に配置され、
前記遮蔽部材は、前記第1の取出し電極とは短絡しないように構成されていることを特徴とする生体振動信号検出装置。 - 前記遮蔽部材は、前記第2の取出し電極と前記遮蔽層とを電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。
- 前記外装保護層は、前記接続部において、前記第1の電極層又は前記第2の電極層の少なくとも一方の表面を露出させる開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。
- 前記振動センサ本体を内包した前記外装保護層の一表面を下面に貼付した振動収集部材と、
前記振動収集部材の下面に、前記接続部を覆うように、前記振動センサ本体から離間して配置された保護部材とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。 - 前記保護部材の下面から前記外装保護層の下面までの段差の高さが10mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。
- 前記保護部材は弾性部材を介して前記振動収集部材の下面に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。
- 前記弾性部材の前記振動収集部材の下面から前記保護部材までの高さは、前記振動センサ本体の厚さよりも大きく、
前記弾性部材は、前記振動センサ本体を内包した前記外装保護層とは接触していないことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。 - 前記振動収集部材の下面、前記保護部材及び前記弾性部材で囲まれた空間内に前記振動センサ本体と電気的に接続された半導体素子が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。
- 前記半導体素子の少なくとも一部を覆う導電性の遮蔽部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。
- 前記第1の取出し電極及び前記第2の取出し電極は、導電性のテープであり、それぞれ前記第1の電極層及び前記第2の電極層に導電性の接着剤で接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の生体振動信号検出装置。
