Description
Claims (8)
- 荷積降マニピュレーターと、蓋付きの作業チャンバーとを有し、当該作業チャンバー内部に回転テーブルと、廃棄物収集容器と、排気換気装置とを備える放射性要素の除染装置であって、
前記作業チャンバーの外部に、遠隔制御装置が配され、
前記作業チャンバーの内部に、無塵研磨剤ブラスト装置と、ウォータージェット切断装置と、少なくとも1つの放射線監視装置とが配され、
前記作業チャンバーの壁に、漏れが生じないように密閉して取り付けられたホースを介して当該作業チャンバーに接続された研磨剤スラリー収集装置と、
液体廃棄物と固体廃棄物を分離し液体廃棄物を排出する液体・固体廃棄物分離装置と、を有し、
前記作業チャンバーには吸音性を有するコーティングが装備されており、
前記遠隔制御装置は、無塵研磨剤ブラスト装置と、ウォータージェット切断装置と、研磨剤スラリー収集装置と、排気換気装置と、作業チャンバーの蓋の駆動装置と、放射線監視装置と、液体・固体廃棄物分離装置とに接続されている
ことを特徴とする放射性要素の除染装置。 - 前記作業チャンバーがその側壁に配置された光開口部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性要素の除染装置。
- 前記ウォータージェット切断装置の使用済み研磨剤廃液の排出のため、前記作業チャンバーの床が0.6°傾斜して造られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性要素の除染装置。
- 前記作業チャンバーは、さらに密閉されたスイングドアを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性要素の除染装置。
- 前記作業チャンバーが吸気換気装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性要素の除染装置。
- 前記研磨剤スラリー収集装置は、
制御パネルと、
真空集塵機と、
真空集塵機に接続された使用済み微細廃棄物片収集容器と、
可動式サイクロン分離機と、
可動式サイクロン分離機に接続された使用済み大型廃棄物片収集容器と
を含み、
前記可動式サイクロン分離機には、気密性監視センサーが設置され、前記使用済み大型廃棄物片収集容器には、充填レベル監視センサーが設置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性要素の除染装置。 - 前記排気換気装置は、気密に取り付けられたフランジバルブ、及び真空センサーを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射性要素の除染装置。
- 前記液体・固体廃棄物分離装置は、
オーバーフローパイプと上限センサーおよび下限センサーを備え、アダプターを介して廃棄物収集容器が液密に接続された沈殿タンクと、
液体廃棄物を排出するための傾動装置と、
ハイドロサイクロン装置と、
少なくとも1つのポンプと、
それらを接続する配管システムと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性要素の除染装置。
