なお、本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に関するものであるが、他の観点として以下を含む。
1.
差込コネクタアセンブリであって、
プリント基板(50)に配置された複数の第1のコンタクト要素(12)を有する、第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)に接合可能であるとともに、ベース体(30)に複数の第2のコンタクト要素(22)を保持し、前記第2のコンタクト要素(22)は、前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の前記第1のコンタクト要素(12)に電気的にかつ機械的に接続可能である、第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)と、
を備える、差込コネクタアセンブリにおいて、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の両側の隣に、打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)が、前記プリント基板(50)上に取り付けられていて、前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)が、それぞれ一体に、前記プリント基板(50)の表面(52)に対して平行に可動のばねアーム(42a,42b)を形成し、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と前記第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)とを接続すると、各前記ばねアーム(42a,42b)の部分(44a,44b)が、対応する前記ベース体(30)の係止凹部(32a,32b)に係合することを特徴とする、差込コネクタアセンブリ。

差込コネクタアセンブリであって、
プリント基板(50)に配置された複数の第1のコンタクト要素(12)を有する、第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)に接合可能であるとともに、ベース体(30)に複数の第2のコンタクト要素(22)を保持し、前記第2のコンタクト要素(22)は、前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の前記第1のコンタクト要素(12)に電気的にかつ機械的に接続可能である、第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)と、
を備える、差込コネクタアセンブリにおいて、
両側で前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の隣に、それぞれ打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)が、前記プリント基板(50)上に取り付けられていて、前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)が、それぞれ係止凹部(49a,49b)を有し、
前記ベース体(30)は、両側で側方に成形された又は配置されたばねアーム(25a,25b)を有し、前記ばねアーム(25a,25b)は、前記差込コネクタ部品(10,20)が完全に接続されると、前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)の係止凹部(49a,49b)と係合する
ことを特徴とする、差込コネクタアセンブリ。

前記ばねアーム(42a,42b)の前記部分は、係止フック(44a,44b)又は屈曲された部分(26)として形成されていることを特徴とする、上記1又は2の差込コネクタアセンブリ。

前記ベース体(30)に、一体的に成形されたばね2つのアーム(25a,25b)を有する金属製の接続要素(24)が配置されていることを特徴とする、上記2の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
5.
前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)は、前記プリント基板(50)の表面(52)上にろう接されていることを特徴とする、上記1又は2の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
6.
前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)は、前記プリント基板(50)の孔に嵌め込まれている圧入域を有することを特徴とする、上記1又は2の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
7.
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の両側の隣に配置された前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)は、互いに対して鏡面対称に形成されていることを特徴とする、上記1又は2の差込コネクタアセンブリ。

- 差込コネクタアセンブリであって、
プリント基板(50)に配置された複数の第1のコンタクト要素(12)を有する、第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)に接合可能であるとともに、ベース体(30)に複数の第2のコンタクト要素(22)を保持し、前記第2のコンタクト要素(22)は、前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の前記第1のコンタクト要素(12)に電気的にかつ機械的に接続可能である、第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)と、
を備える、差込コネクタアセンブリにおいて、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の両側の隣に、打抜き曲げ部品(40a、40b)が、前記プリント基板(50)上に取り付けられていて、各前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a、40b)が、プリント基板(50)に対して垂直の枠部分(46)を有するとともに、枠部分(46)の内側に一体に、前記プリント基板(50)の表面(52)に対して平行に可動のばねアーム(42a、42b)を有し、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と前記第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)とを接続すると、各前記ばねアーム(42a、42b)の部分(44a、44b)が、対応する前記ベース体(30)の係止凹部(32a、32b)に係合することを特徴とする、差込コネクタアセンブリ。 - 前記ばねアーム(42a、42b)の前記部分は、係止フック(44a、44b)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a、40b)は、前記プリント基板(50)の表面(52)上にろう接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a、40b)は、前記プリント基板(50)の孔に嵌め込まれている圧入域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の両側の隣に配置された前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a、40b)は、互いに対して鏡面対称に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
