軸方向又は径方向において対面する少なくとも2つの部品によって形成される外輪であって、外輪は、継手を緩衝対象の支持体に装着するための外面と、内面とを有し、内面は、外輪の対向端部に向かって断面が減少し、内輪の対向する側部セクションに向く、2つの中間部分を有する、外輪と、
内輪の中間セクションと外輪の中間部分との間に配置される、緩衝及び減摩手段を形成する金属ワイヤクッションと、
を備える。

Claims (7)
- 弾性継手であって、該弾性継手は、
該継手をシャフト(E)に装着するための軸方向開口部(11)が設けられた内輪(1)と、
該継手を緩衝対象の支持体(S)に装着するための外面(21)が設けられた外輪(2)と、
前記内輪と前記外輪(2)との間に配置され、緩衝及び減摩手段を形成する金属ワイヤクッション(3)と、を備え、
前記内輪(1)は、対向する2つの中間セクション(13)と、2つの端部セクション(14)とを有し、前記2つの中間セクション(13)は、前記内輪(1)の前記2つの端部セクション(14)に向かって断面積が減少し、前記金属ワイヤクッション(3)の支持領域を形成し、前記内輪(1)の前記中間セクション(13)は、一連の凹部(16)を有し、該一連の凹部(16)は、前記金属ワイヤクッション(3)の受座及び安定化領域を形成し、前記外輪(2)は、2つの中間部分(22)を有し、前記2つの中間部分(22)は、前記外輪(2)の対向端部に向かって断面積が減少し、前記内輪(1)の前記中間セクション(13)に向いて、前記外輪(2)の前記金属ワイヤクッション(3)との接触面を形成することを特徴とする、弾性継手。 - 前記内輪(1)の前記中間セクション(13)は、切頭円錐形状又は切頭角錐形状を有するとともに突出部(15)によって境界を定められており、前記突出部(15)は、前記弾性継手の使用位置において、前記金属ワイヤクッション(3)の保持停止部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性継手。
- 前記外輪(2)の前記中間部分(22)は、突出部(23)によって境界を定められており、該突出部(23)は、前記金属ワイヤクッション(3)の保持停止部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性継手。
- 前記外輪(2)は、2つの環状部品(2a、2b)によって形成され、該2つの環状部品(2a、2b)は、軸方向において対面し、ねじ込みによって該2つの環状部品を取り付けるための及び前記クッション(3)を調整可能に締め付けるための相補的なねじ部を対向端部に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性継手。
- 前記内輪(1)は、前記中間セクション(13)間に配置される中央セクション(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性継手。
- 前記内輪(1)の前記中央セクション(12)と、前記外輪(2)の中央領域との間に装着される、追加の金属ワイヤクッション(4)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の弾性継手。
- 前記継手を前記緩衝対象の支持体(S)に装着するための前記外面(21)は、円筒形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性継手。
