Claims (8)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置されて複数の抵抗器を含む第1抵抗器部と、
前記第1抵抗器部の第1の面に対応する位置に前記基板を穿孔して形成された第1穿孔と、
前記第1抵抗器部に含まれた複数の抵抗器に付着する第1サーマルパッドと、を含み、
前記第1サーマルパッドは前記第1穿孔を貫いて、前記第1抵抗器部および前記基板の下面の周囲に少なくとも1回以上取り巻く形状である、バッテリ管理システム回路。 - 前記バッテリ管理システム回路を制御する制御部と、
前記バッテリ管理システム回路が外部に電気的に接続されるようにするコネクタと、
前記制御部、前記第1抵抗器部、および前記コネクタを連結する電流経路と、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理システム回路。 - 複数の抵抗器を含む第2抵抗器部をさらに含み、
前記第1サーマルパッドは、前記第1穿孔を貫いて、前記第1抵抗器部、前記第2抵抗器部、および前記基板の下面の周囲に少なくとも1回以上取り巻く形状である、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理システム回路。 - 前記基板上に配置されて複数の抵抗器を含む第2抵抗器部をさらに含み、
前記第1穿孔は、前記第1抵抗器部および前記第2抵抗器部の間に形成され、前記第1抵抗器部および前記第2抵抗器部で発生する熱が拡散されるように形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理システム回路。 - 前記第1抵抗器部の側面に対応する位置に前記基板を穿孔して形成された第2穿孔と、
前記第2抵抗器部の側面に対応する位置に前記基板を穿孔して形成された第3穿孔と、をさらに含み、
前記第2穿孔は前記第1抵抗器部で発生する熱が拡散されるように形成され、
前記第3穿孔は前記第2抵抗器部で発生する熱が拡散されるように形成された、請求項4に記載のバッテリ管理システム回路。 - 前記第2抵抗器部に含まれた複数の抵抗器に付着する第2サーマルパッドをさらに含み、
前記第2サーマルパッドは前記第2抵抗器部の熱を伝導して前記第1穿孔および前記第3穿孔を介して拡散されるように形成された、請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理システム回路。 - 前記第2サーマルパッドは、前記第1穿孔および前記第3穿孔を貫いて、前記第2抵抗器部を中心に少なくとも1回以上取り巻かれた形状である、請求項6に記載のバッテリ管理システム回路。
- 前記バッテリ管理システム回路を制御する制御部と、
前記バッテリ管理システム回路が外部に電気的に接続されるようにするコネクタと、
前記制御部、前記第1抵抗器部、前記第2抵抗器部、および前記コネクタを連結する電流経路と、をさらに含む、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ管理システム回路。
