In a gas rice cooker, since rice is cooked by gas combustion, it is necessary to exhaust combustion exhaust from the burner to the outside. In the rice cooker, combustion exhaust that has passed through the gap between the upper end of the inner pot and the upper end of the inner barrel is discharged to the outside through the exhaust port provided on the side surface of the housing. In this configuration, the area around the exhaust port is heated because the combustion exhaust comes into contact with the area around the exhaust port. In particular, when the housing is made of resin, there is a possibility that the periphery of the exhaust port will be overheated and discolored, impairing the appearance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a gas rice cooker capable of preventing discoloration of the housing due to heat of combustion exhaust even when the housing is made of resin.

A pair of left and right recesses 72 provided at the upper end of the inner heat insulating tube 70 are arranged directly below the right side 84A and the left side 84B of the outer peripheral surface 84 of the flange 82, respectively. As a result, upward movement of the outer heat shield tube 60 and the inner heat shield tube 70 is restricted by the flange portion 82 of the support tube 80 .

In addition, in the gas rice cooker 1, the outer heat insulating cylinder 60 and the inner heat insulating cylinder 70 are supported by the ring-shaped plate material 50 for supporting the thermal heater 58, so that the outer heat insulating cylinder 60 and the inner heat insulating cylinder 70 Since there is no need to provide a separate component for supporting the , it is advantageous in terms of cost.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the inner hook 9 is inserted into the support cylinder 80 from above. The upper flange portion 9A of the inner hook 9 contacts the upper surface portion 83 of the flange portion 82 of the support cylinder 80 . As a result, the inner pot 9 is suspended inside the support tube 80 and positioned above the burner 10 .

A structure for fixing the upper housing 8 to the lower housing 7 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6, 7 and 9. FIG. As described above, the upper housing 8 is configured in a substantially cylindrical shape by connecting the front side plate member 11, the right side plate member 12, the left side plate member 13, and the rear side plate member 14 to each other. In the upper housing 8, a fixing portion 272 (see FIG. 7) provided on the rear side of the lower inner surface of the right plate member 12, the front fixing portion 129 of the pair of front and rear fixing portions 129, and the lower inner surface of the left plate member 13. The fixing portion 274 (see FIG. 7) provided on the rear side, and the front fixing portion 139 of the pair of front and rear fixing portions 139 are attached to the four first fixing cylinder portions 47 (see FIG. 7) provided on the bottom surface of the lower housing 7 9) and fixed with screws.

Further, the insertion piece 127 (see FIG. 7) provided at the lower end of the right side plate 12 includes two locking protrusions 48 (see FIG. 9) located on the right side of the bottom surface of the lower housing 7 and the lower housing It is inserted and press-fitted from above into the gap between the inner surface of the right side wall of 7 (see FIG. 6). On the other hand, the insertion piece 137 (see FIG. 7) provided at the lower end of the left plate member 13 includes two locking projections 48 (see FIG. 9) located on the left side of the bottom surface of the lower housing 7 and the lower housing It is inserted and press-fitted from above into the gap between the inner surface of the left side wall of 7 (see FIG. 6). As a result, the upper housing 8 surrounds the outer heat insulating tube 60 , the inner heat insulating tube 70 , and the support tube 80 , and the lower end thereof is fixed to the lower housing 7 .

Thus, in this embodiment, the upper housing 8 and the support tube 80 are independently fixed to the lower housing 7 . As a result, the upper housing 8 can be arranged around the support cylinder 80 in a non-contact state with the support cylinder 80 that is heated during rice cooking, so that the upper housing 8 can be made of resin.

In this embodiment, the right side plate 12 and the left side plate 13 are common parts. As a result, of the pair of front and rear fixing portions 271 and 272 of the right plate member 12, the one corresponding to the first fixing cylindrical portion 47 may be fixed with screws. Similarly, the pair of front and rear fixed portions 129 may be fixed by screws at the side corresponding to the first fixed cylindrical portion 47 . The same applies to the left plate member 13 .

The flow of combustion exhaust gas and the flow of cooling air in the gas rice cooker 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 11. FIG. As shown in FIG. 6 , combustion exhaust from the burner 10 flows upward through the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the inner pot 9 and the inner peripheral surface of the support cylinder 80 . The combustion exhaust flows into the inner side of the flange portion 82 of the support cylinder 80 . Here, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 11, the right side portion 84A and the left side portion 84B of the outer peripheral surface portion 84 of the flange portion 82 are provided at the upper end portions of the right side surface and the left side surface of the upper housing 8, respectively. It is arranged inside the pair of left and right cutouts 125 and is exposed to the outside. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the combustion exhaust flows outward along the inside of the flange portion 82, and flows through a pair of exhaust ports 841 provided in the right side portion 84A of the outer peripheral surface portion 84 and the left side portion 84B. It is discharged to the outside through a pair of exhaust ports 842 (see solid line arrow P1 in FIG. 11). Therefore, the hot air of the combustion exhaust can be prevented from directly contacting the upper housing 8 made of resin, so that the possibility of discoloration of the upper housing 8 can be reduced.

On the other hand, inside the gas rice cooker 1 , an outer heat shielding tube 60 and an inner heat shielding tube 70 are arranged between the support tube 80 and the upper housing 8 . Due to the draft force due to the heating by the burner 10, the cooling air flows from the bottom to the top in the gap between the outer heat shield cylinder 60 and the upper housing 8 (an example of the "air path" of the present invention) (in FIG. 11). See double-dot chain arrow P2). When the cooling air flows upward, it contacts the lower surface portion 85 arranged below the collar portion 82 of the support cylinder 80 and is knitted outward. Here, a gap 90 is formed between the lower surface portion 85 of the flange portion 82 and the cutout portions 125 and 135 in the pair of left and right cutout portions 125 and 135 of the upper housing 8 . As a result, the cooling air knitted outward is discharged to the outside through the gap 90 located below the exhaust ports 841 and 842 . Therefore, the combustion exhaust discharged from the exhaust ports 841 and 842 can be prevented from directly contacting the upper housing 8 . Further, the discharge direction (P1) of the combustion exhaust gas and the discharge direction (P2) of the cooling air are the same. As a result, the flow of the cooling air becomes an air curtain, so that the combustion exhaust is less likely to hit the cutouts 125 and 135 . As a result, it is possible to more effectively prevent the cutouts 125 and 135 of the upper housing 8 from becoming hot due to the heat of the combustion exhaust passing through the exhaust ports 841 and 842 . Therefore, the possibility of discoloration of the upper housing 8 can be reduced more effectively.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer peripheral surface portions 84 of the right side portion 84A and the left side portion 84B of the flange portion 82 of the support tube 80 are shaped so that the cutout portions 125 and 135 of the upper housing 8 are provided. It is the same as the shape of the outer surface. Thereby, the gas rice cooker 1 can improve the appearance around the cutouts 125 and 135 on the outer surface of the upper housing 8 .

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, inside the gas rice cooker 1, the outer heat insulating tube 60 and the inner heat insulating tube 70 are arranged outside the support tube 80 with a gap therebetween. As a result, heat transfer from the support tube 80 to the upper housing 8 is effectively blocked. Thereby, the upper housing 8 can be made of resin.

Further, in this embodiment, the outer heat shield tube 60 and the inner heat shield tube 70 are placed and positioned on the upper surface of the ring-shaped plate member 50, and the flange portion 82 of the support tube 80 is positioned between the outer heat shield tube 60 and the inner heat shield tube. The support tube 80 is inserted into the inner heat shield tube 70 from above so as to be positioned above the heat shield tube 70 and fixed to the upper surface of the ring-shaped plate member 50 . As described above, the outer heat shield tube 60 and the inner heat shield tube 70 are restricted from radial displacement by the ring-shaped plate member 50 , and are restricted from moving upward by the flange portion 82 of the support cylinder 80 . As a result, the outer heat shield tube 60 and the inner heat shield tube 70 can be supported on the upper surface of the ring-shaped plate member 50 without undergoing processes such as crimping and screwing. . Thereby, the assembly process of the gas rice cooker 1 can be simplified.

A pair of contact portions 115 (see FIG. 8) are provided on the lower surface of the upper surface portion 111 of the front plate member 11 of the upper housing 8, and a pair of contact portions 115 (see FIG. 8) are provided on the lower surface of the upper surface portion 141 of the rear plate member 14. A contact portion 145 (see FIG. 7) is provided. Furthermore, a rib 128 is provided at the upper end of the curved portion 121 of the right side plate 12 , and a rib 138 is provided at the upper end of the curved portion 131 of the left side plate 13 . The pair of contact portions 115, the pair of contact portions 145, and the ribs 128 and 138 are not in contact with the support tube 80 at the time of shipment. As a result, even if the gas rice cooker 1 is subjected to an impact such as being dropped or deteriorates over time, the upper housing 8 keeps the pair of contact portions 115, the pair of contact portions 145, and the ribs 128 and 138 in place. It contacts with the support cylinder 80 via. In the substantially L-shaped contact portions 115 and 145 , only the tip end portions protruding toward the inside of the upper housing 8 come into contact with the support tube 80 . Therefore, since contact between the upper housing 8 and the support tube 80 can be minimized, heat transfer from the support tube 80 to the upper housing 8 can be effectively prevented.

Also, water droplets generated during the rice cooking process accumulate in a receiving portion 831 provided on the upper surface portion 83 of the collar portion 82 of the support tube 80 (see FIGS. 9 to 11). Water droplets accumulated in the receiving portion 831 are guided toward the outer peripheral surface portion 84 side of the collar portion 82 by the pair of relief portions 832 . As described above, the outer peripheral surface portion 84 side of the right side portion 84A and the left side portion 84B is a portion where combustion exhaust gas and cooling air are discharged to the outside, and thus is a portion that has little effect on gas combustion in the burner 10 . As a result, the gas rice cooker 1 can guide the water droplets collected in the receiving portion 831 to the outer peripheral surface portion 84 side where the gas combustion in the burner 10 is less affected by the pair of relief portions 832 .

As described above, the gas rice cooker 1 of the present embodiment includes the burner 10 and the bottomed cylindrical shape, and the burner head 10A faces the inside of the insertion hole 891 provided in the bottom plate 89. In addition, it includes a support tube 80 that supports the inner pot 9 above the burner 10 and surrounds the inner pot 9, and a housing 2 that accommodates the burner 10 and the support tube 80 inside. In the gas rice cooker 1, the inner pot 9 into which water and rice are charged is supported by the support cylinder 80, the lid 3 provided in the housing 2 is closed, the burner 10 is burned, and the combustion exhaust of the burner is discharged into the inner pot. Rice is cooked by passing it through the space between 9 and the support cylinder 80 . The housing 2 is made of resin. The support tube 80 includes a flange portion 82 protruding radially outward from the upper end portion of the tubular portion 81 . The collar portion 82 has a right side portion 84A and a left side portion 84B for discharging combustion exhaust gas generated by combustion of the burner 10 to the outside. The right side portion 84A and the left side portion 84B are provided with outer peripheral surface portions 84 that are exposed to the outside of the upper housing 8 and directed outward. The outer peripheral surface portion 84 of the right side portion 84A is provided with a pair of exhaust ports 841 for discharging the combustion exhaust that has flowed through the right side portion 84A to the outside. The outer peripheral surface portion 84 of the left side portion 84B is provided with a pair of exhaust ports 842 for discharging the combustion exhaust that has flowed through the left side portion 84B to the outside. As a result, the combustion exhaust flows outward in the right side portion 84A and the left side portion 84B and is discharged outward through the exhaust ports 841 and 842 . Therefore, it is possible to prevent the heat of the combustion exhaust from directly contacting the upper housing 8, so that the possibility of discoloration due to heat can be reduced even in the housing 2 made of resin.
